We had them come out to quote us on a new tankless water heater. They came out within a day and got us a quote that day. Sat down and answered any questions we had. We got other quotes and this one was the best. We told them to go ahead with the work and they got us on the schedule the next day. Joshua and another employee arrived on time the next day and got everything installed. Works great and really enjoying the unlimited hot water. We have used various companies for work around the house and these guys are the best. Will be contacting them in a few months to replace our AC compressor.

Aside from the major lack of appropriate communication regarding my appointment, the service was excellent. Regarding my appointment, I was originally informed that the cleaning would take approximately 5 hours. Shortly after adjusting my work schedule, I'm a self employed sport coach, the company requested adjusting the time of my appointment. The appointment was now scheduled to only take 3 hours. I assumed that the crew would be arriving at the start of the time I was given. At nearly 30min after the appointed time, I called the office. A young woman very politely told me that the information on their end showed that there is a "window of arrival" for the crew of roughly 1.5 hours, or half the appointment. I was livid as this information was not appropriately communicated with me and I was then forced to adjust the rest of my work schedule in order to accommodate the appointment given that I was told the cleaning could take up to 5 hours. Tyler and Wes arrived with the window of time (thanks guys!) and both were professional, explained the process to me, and assured me that they would definitely not need 5 hours for my home. They were right! 14-15 air ducts later, the guys were finished within an hour. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness in taking care to keep my home clean throughout the process. Not a fan of the office communication, but the actual service staff were amazing and my husband and I are already breathing a bit easier.

Josh was an excellent tech who had my AC restored almost immediately. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Seth was also very helpful, and both provided great recommendations & solutions for my unit’s issues without being pushy. The service was reasonable as well.

Airserve has always been an easy company to deal with. The technicians they send out have always been courteous and make sure I understand everything they do. Today Nathan Scott came out, did really good job of cleaning unit outside and gave me some great advice and info on how to keep my system running great and info how we need to keep it clean.

My husband was out of town and my ac went out. I was Leary to call until my husband got back but due to hurricane Debby he was going to be delayed. I googled ac companies in the area and read the reviews and chose this company. As a woman I have experienced technicians in the past who have taken that for granted to try and take advantage of that to get more than what is needed.

Let me tell you that this technician has regained my faith in service technicians. Josh Porterfield is knowledgeable, kind, efficient and most importantly patient. I was not understanding everything that was happening and he took his time and even showed me and explained to me what he was doing and why. He gave me Options and didn’t try to “scare” me into it. He is an asset to the company and they are lucky to have him.

I am now sitting in my cool home and I know my husband was glad to come home to a cool house.

Excellent same day service. Elgre was wonderful and knew exactly what the problem was in no time at all. In addition the BEST thing was the price was AMAZINGLY REASONABLE!!! Would highly recommend if you need any service.
