We had to choose a new HVAC company to check our furnace. It checked out fine except it really needed cleaned. We had that done and the air ducts cleaned. Thanks to Lonnie, Max and Rodney, our heating system should last longer. Great job guys! The Advantage Plan saved us a little money and we look forward to having our AC unit serviced and cleaned in the Spring.

Had a heat pump unit installed to heat and cool our upstairs. Installers were very professional in their work. Cleaned up completely when complete. Reviewed the equipment and how it worked completely so that I was comfortable with its operation. Production manager stopped by and introduced himself and assured me if I had any questions regarding installation he would be glad to address them at any time. Left his contact information in case I had any questions later. I was highly satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Very professional, on time, and straight to the point. They were excellent to work with and told us everything that would be done. I was amazed at the care they took while walking in and out of the house during a rainy day to insure they didn’t make a mess on the carpet or hardwood floors. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had Lonnie look at both my central air and our furnace. He was very knowledgeable. I know a lot about it already considering my old line of work but was at a loss with the problem we were having. He not only figured it out immediately he diagnosed and fixed the issue literally the next day. We were both very satisfied and will definitely be using them and him again.
