Air Squad is is awesome. Mark Goldstein, the owner spent a great deal of time helping me understand our options in great detail and pick the best for what we needed. I called him on Sunday and Monday morning their technicians showed up at 8:30 a.m. and were completely ready to go. I received a text before they got here with a picture and their backgrounds. Over the course of the next 9 hours they installed a new air handler and condenser. I cannot say enough great things about these technicians. William, Joel and Darren were fantastic. Polite, trustworthy and cleaned up after the work was done.
I’ve had two other major AC companies and there is no comparison. Air Squad is “a cut above”. I only give them 5 stars because you cannot rate them higher…which they deserve!

My father's ac was out for about a week, Drew was referred and came out right away after hours to look at the system and give a bid for a complete system. Once approved he arrived and tore apart and removed the inside unit. Drew went through lengths getting out new unit and having the system installed working on a Saturday and Sunday to install it. He was easy to work with and went well above and beyond with little issues that came up during the instal. I would definitely use Drew to install my system if he was available where I live but for my father's house he did an amazing job.

I used Air Squad the first time back in March after I bought a house with no central A/C (I know big mistake in CA). I thought that I could make it to the winter without A/C but I was terribly mistaken lol. So I called up Air Squad to give me some options for a new A/C install.

Drew came out to check out the property. After walking the house inside and out Drew gave me a few options. I preferred a traditional central A/C set up but it was a 1950s era house with no previous ducting so Drew recommended a ductless mini split A/C set up. I really wanted the Central set up but didn't want to deal with the extra work to cut into the house to run ducting so I ended up going with the Mini Split to save myself the headache.

Super glad I went the Mini Split route the units cool the house quick and they are connected to WiFi so I can turn them on from my phone on my way home so it's nice inside when I get home. Definitely gonna use Air Squad again in the future!

Our cooling system failed during the latest heat wave; we called in the morning, and Drew came to our house that evening, spending three hours working to get our house cool. In the middle of the night, something happened and the cooling stopped. Drew again came to our home the next evening, figured out the problem, and everything is working. He spent many hours getting our system to work, was personable, and explained the problems. We have a cool home again.
