I don’t like writing reviews especially when they are negative..Well , the program was good and the counselors were supportive for the most part except the doctors do NOT listen to you. I felt like I was so miserable on the abilify they gave me with psychosis to weight gain to side effects I have never experienced like hyper sexuality it was not a good experience with that med.. no wonder there’s an fda warning and supposedly lawsuits against that drug..

went here as part of their iop program. you can tell the counselors here do not have any sort of lived experience with mental illness, which make them feel out of touch with the kind of people who go here seeking help. the case workers also feel very out of touch - with the exception of Monique, who was wonderful and truly cared about each one of her clients. almost every time i went here there was some drama or arguing going on, and they do not offer individual 1-on-1 therapy at all whatsoever which is very atypical of iop programs. what you get here is group therapy with the same few topics over and over again, which makes it feel repetitive. i’ve also seen certain counselors here engage in value imposition and allow sexist remarks to be made about women during men’s group, which is really unfortunate and unacceptable. i don’t recommend going here if you have other options.

Don’t even waste your time going if you want a program that is actually going to benefit you. The program is a mess it’s a mixture of DDD, autism, recovering addicts, etc all mixed together. Classes should be about coping skills and how to cope with everyday life problems not individual personal problems that has nothing to do with group. A few of the class teachers follow the planned session but most of the classes are over crowded and all over the place! The director and assistant director don’t seem to know much about their job nor the program they need to be trained properly. While I had an issue the director didn’t know enough about the program to really assist me with my issue. While getting her help she smirked and stated something about her time. I had to remind her server times it was her job to help me even though she act like she didn’t want to help along with not knowing how to do her job. Most of the staff was very nice and friendly especially the receptionist.

Don’t waste your time here. I found this place through my insurance. I called them and was told twice that my insurance would cover the cost completely. Next thing you know i’m getting a $500 bill in the mail. I called and explained the situation and they said they’d resolve it. It's been a year since that happened and turns out instead of doing anything, they contact collections. I didn’t even get a call or mail prior to this. Absolutely horrible. Not to mention the therapy itself is mid. (Not great and certainly not worth a $500 bill. I should’ve been paid to go to them at that point.) If I could I would give them -5 stars.
