My husband and I used Tariq’s company’s services 2 times: first for our condo apt in 2021 (recommended by our mortgage broker) and again in 2024 for our new-construction house (we called them again because of the wonderful, efficient service and great value we had previously received at a good price).

This is a family-run small business, and they provide THE best inspection service I have experienced. The communication and customer service is excellent, and Tariq is very responsive.

We cannot thank Tariq, Colin, and Mike enough for their help in inspecting our properties (pre-purchase) in detail to make sure we find any and all defects, which helped us in negotiating with the sellers and even getting some items fixed or credited to us by the seller.

The detailed report Tariq provided, professionally answering our questions and investigating various issues that we specifically wanted checked in detail (such as the plumbing, electrical, water quality, roof conditions, etc.), and making professional recommendations for what issues need to be fixed/addressed show Tariq’s and his company’s expertise and care for their clients.

We even opted for doing a water quality test, plumbing line test (with camera), roof and wind mitigation inspection, and full re-inspection with report prior to our closing to confirm that all recommendations from the initial report were addressed and fixed by the seller.

My husband and I are so grateful for Tariq and his team for giving us assurance and peace of mind that we are making the right decision in making our home purchases, without having to worry about major latent defects popping up shortly after closing that would require expensive repairs.

We would recommend Tariq and his company any day to anyone, and we have already done so.

I was impressed with this company. They were prompt to reply to my request for inspection services. Mr. Smith arrived at the day and time promised. He made sure to address all the points my insurance requested and provided me with a report within a couple days. I was able to get a revised insurance quotation from the insurance company within 24 hours of submission. If I need this service in the future I will be contacting him.
