I recently had to be transported from Merced to Modesto via ambulance. All I can truly say is that I was transported by 3 extra special individuals. They went above and beyond to take care of me. They kept talking to me to help keep my mind off of everything. They all truly have hearts of gold. Not to mention it was by far the smoothest ambulance ride I've ever had. And we were traveling with lights/sirens the entire way so that's saying something in my opinion (keeping our California roads in mind)!!! Clearly I can't complement them enough!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you Sam, Chris, and Jose for everything!! You guys are awesome and the kind of medical professionals that truly MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!!! Stay safe and keep the care and kindness you all have truly embodied!

My health changed drastically in a single day and it's been a long 2+ year battle since. When you begin to feel like everything is becoming non-stop complicated and expensive and then someone says, "don't worry, we've got you" (and they really do!) it can make ALL the difference. Jim was there when I needed him and still continues to be. Jim, Clay and this company are professional, personable, reliable and genuinely caring. They know what they're doing and they are the best at it. They have taken me to and from so many appointments. It's not just a ride or road trip...although I would go with them if it was! They're so knowledgeable and physically strong. I always feel safe and secure. With Active Transport Med Svc LLC, I have always been treated and moved with care. In the world of healthcare, first, you want to be in the hands of people who know what they're doing but it's even better when they talk to you like you're a human being and you can trust them. If anyone wants affordable transport, call them! I can't say enough good things. Thank you so much Jim and Clay. You guys are lifesavers and you already know I will be calling you again. 🙂

Active transport was amazing! Great people! We had to take my uncle down from Bakersfield all the way to San Diego and the crew was great, Spanish speaking and they accommodated him so great the whole way! They adjusted his oxygen levels and were just so nice the entire way! I would recommend 100%!

Active Transport Medical Srvcs are the best business I’ve done business with. They were a life saver, since I was out of town and the hospital was ready to release my mom a lot sooner than originally scheduled. The hospital would not let me schedule a taxi for her and going to return her home using an ambulance. My mother’s insurance would not cover the cost and it was going to be $2100 out of pocket.
I called and spoke with Jim and they immediately left to pick my mom up at the hospital and escorted her home. The charge was $55.00 and an excellent professional and kind service. The hospital did not offer that this service was available, as I called Jim with ActiveTransport Medical out of desperation to avoid the ambulance charges. Their professional, courteous and kind business was a life saver to me.

we have used Active Transport Medical Service from Clovis at ;least over 6 times already...we live in Parlier and they have taken my mom to all her Dr.Appointments in town,Selma,Handford and also from hospital visits in Reedley....I can honestly say they have the best rates around and also Jim & his crew are very polite,helpful,and they go out of there way to make my mom is comfortable at all times knowing she is on a gurney...if you ever need transportation for yourself or a family member or even want to recommend a very professional company...Active Transport Medical Services LLC,Clovis Ca....is the one to use....thank you Jim and your crew for always being there for our emergency needs...Herrera family

I had the opportunity to use this company on many occasions. They are a company, built from the ground up, on customer care and service. Yes, care is first. They make sure that you are as comfortable as possible . Using professional state of art equipment and a staff that has been trained to set the benchmark of standards in the industry. I felt as if they were family in the contentment I had.
