I recently had the pleasure of working with AccessAbilities and wanted to commend Aaron Ryan, Aaron Courtney, Zaki & Jameel, for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful in assisting my mother with her home hospital bed repairs and also when she needed a hospital bed rental at home while waiting for a new bed through AccessAbilities, which she received through Ontario Works.

The customer service team was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs, and the technicians who worked on the repairs were equally professional and knowledgeable. It made a challenging situation much easier to manage, and I truly appreciate their dedication and expertise.

I highly recommend AccessAbilities for their outstanding service, especially if you need to order any government-funded equipment or beds. They are affiliated with several government programs and provide excellent guidance and support in navigating these processes.

Thank you again to Aaron, Aaron, Zaki & Jameel for going above and beyond!

A quick word of thanks. I deal with service and trades people regularly, and service delivery may fall short at rare times. In this recent case of my mom's chairlift being improperly repaired, Aaron listened and expedited another repair technician. Thanks to Jason for getting mom's chairlift back up and running within minutes.

Zaki was so helpful in making appropriate equipment selections for a family friend. We were first assisted by Zaki when purchasing a motorized scooter last year and returned today to select, with Zaki’s help, a hospital bed and related accessories. We appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend going to Access Abilities in Etobicoke!

Ramtin and zacky were a wonderful help. My dad has Parkinson’s and they were patient, knowledgeable, and gave him a variety of options to try from. We were happy with the service : )

Our experience with Access Abilities was beyond what we expected. Starting with Aaron, then Rick and finally Jason. informative, patient, professional and kind are adjectives that best describe these three gentlemen. The service was exemplary and 2 chair lifts were installed in a few hours. This equipment will allow us to remain in our house longer, and it was very affordable.

Ramtin was awesome!
From my first phone call to my visit in the showroom he knew his job.
Showed me the walker for my mum and it was a very smooth transaction.
I recommend this place to everyone

Extremely poor communication skills with Shawn, the sales rep. He is at sales conferences instead of dealing with a potential sale. Not focused. He keeps trying to sell me a scooter that I have repeatedly said I did not want. He even tried to finalize the purchase of his recommendation scooter even though I had previously sent him emails and text messages telling him that I DID NOT WANT the scooter but was interested in an other device. Once I told him I did not want the product that he wants to sell me, he stopped communicating with me at this point. It didn't matter that I just came out of surgery. I called the store and asked to speak to the owner. I spoke with a gentleman named Aaron. I have text messages and emails that I was willing to show to him with my specific Instructions to Shawn with what I wanted to purchase. When I spoke with the owner, his communication skills were just as bad and stubborn, to add. What I want to purchase is irrelevant because he has "25 years experience of how the process works". They are stuck in their medieval ways, and my needs and requests are irrelevant. They don't care about their customers they are only interested in the sale. He was more concerned about the ADP process then me having to repeatedly tell him that if the ADP doesn't cover it, I have private insurance or I'll just pay for it cash. Bottom line, I wanted a specific mobility device but they weren't interested in what I wanted they were interested in how the process works. I took my business to another vendor who was more than happy to help me.
