Made a reservation ahead of time only to be told by the attendant that he doesn’t park Teslas. I have never heard of this. I had to call corporate for a refund and we were almost late for our show. We asked if we could park it ourselves because there were many open spots and he wouldn’t allow it.

I needed parking in center Center Philly last minute for a graduation and was okay with and expecting to pay the posted price ($5 per 1/3 hour, high demand time) for around 3 hours of parking. However, to my great surprise, I was charged the overnight price, $17 total. The lot attendant made no mention of charging me the less expensive rate and so it really seemed he just did it to be kind. Even before I knew he was going to be unnecessarily kind, I felt very safe and secure leaving belongings in my car while it was in this lot. If you need secure parking within quick walking distance to center city you can feel comfortable leaving your car here.

Dom did a great job. He ended up being harassed by a customer as he was helping another customer in line. The man started cussing and claiming he was going to start a lawsuit. Dom kept his cool and I did my best to both defend and diffuse the situation. It’s really sad to see rich men treat hardworking people like nothing because they drive a “nice” car. The other customer came up and apologized for asking so many questions, but Dom continued to be easy peasy about the situation.

Rudest attendance I’ve ever met. I got turned away because I wouldn’t apologize to a man for doing the wrong math. Wish there was an option to give them zero stars.

Might want to hire a new attendant, asked about the prices and his attitude made me choose another parking spot for 1/4 the price.

Purchase the parking through an app. The app says it is valet parking. When I pulled up, the attendant will not get up from his seat in the booth. I had to get out and up to him. I explained that I already paid by the app. He tells me it does not matter. He then ask me how long i am staying. I told him that I paid up to 7 pm. He Insist that I tell him the exact time I am leaving. I told him I do not know and that is why I paid up to 7 pm. He again told me the app does not matter. ? What does that mean?

I concluded that what I paid with the app is no good and I have to pay again when I leave. Finally I told him 4 pm just to get some sanity. He TELLS me to park the car in the back. I thought it was valet parking But from this experience, I think he does not drive and he would likely damage my car too. I am hoping this is the worse experience for this parking. Will update if I have to pay a again when I leave.

highly recommend! spaces were available on a saturday night at 5:30 and i left around 12am and my car was up front and ready to go. only $20 too.
