Ms. Brenda is such a gifted and talented loctitian! She's everything you can ever desire in a Loc Diva! Great customer service, warm personality, and passionate about her craft. 18" loc install with styling was very reasonable and worth it! Please, please, please before trying the one up the beltway with all the horrible reviews, give her a call. You won't be disappointed!?

I came in because my daughters locs were thinning from her scalp. Mrs.Brenda took her time in explaining the process and giving me instructions on how to maintain healthy locs until next appointment. She was very patient and thorough.

Lacking in customer service. Had a 12 noon appointment for my daughter. At 3:30 she was still under the dryer. She only has shoulder length locks. They took several people that came after her, and when I said something, the owner responded with an attitude. I hate when you try to patronize Black owned and they treat you like you are obligated to use their establishment. Second time going and definitely the LAST. Unprofessional and cold.

Professionalism......terrible to say the least!!!
Customer service....rude and very disrespectful. Businesses thrive off of word of mouth majority of the time. So for a new customer to try and support your business and all they receive is negativity is unacceptable. If you couldn't keep your appointment with your NEW customer then as the OWNER you should have reached out. If the customer was late to their appointment you would have charged them or canceled their appointment. Show the same respect to the customer that you would want them to show you and your business!!!! Just remember the tongue is a powerful thing so be careful what you let come off of it cause that energy can come right back at you !!!! Stay Blessed and do better....period!!!!
