Jonathon pepple came out today and helped my grandma out and installed a brand new water heater and a new motor for our furnace. Times have been a little tuff with my grandma being the only person in the house while I’ve been out at college playing football but I came home and maybe like a week later got a ring at the doorbell and it was Jonathon who told my grandma that they are installing a free water heater and motor during these cold times. Just wanted to thank Jonathon and the company for helping out my grandmother during these times.

Recently signed up as an advantage member because of the great incentives that came along with it. Initial visit for tune-up was like super (next day) quick! “Tech Tyler” Sherman came fully knowledgeable! We hope to get him for future service(s). Gave us a run down of suggestions (that we will start knocking out on Tuesday). Very impressed with the company, so far.

Side note: We don’t normally wear “outside shoes” in our home. I didn’t have to say a word. He came in and put covers on his shoes. Major plus!

John C and Gavin M worked in the building I work in and went above and beyond in making sure everything was up to par and communicated properly. They shared photos of issues/potential issues and took time to explain it all, making sure we understood what was needed and what work was done.
