I purchased a full HVAC system replacement from them 3 years ago and every 3-4 months it stops working. I was told it would have a 10 year warranty but somehow they come up with something to charge me for every time they come to fix it. The heat is currently not working. Been trying to contact them for the past 8 days. Not hearing anything back. My next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Edit: it’s been 3 days? How are you going to rectify this? Why has no one called me back?

We had Airserve replace a furnace and the 2 workers were absolutely amazing. Really nice and respectable. Not a single issue has been going on with our system since then and are house finally feels like home again.

I purchased a full HVAC system replacement from them a years ago the unit stops working during the coldest season.I call them about 10 times to have someone to come and fixed the issue, no one returned my calls. We went to the adress listed as their business adress, when we got there ,there were no business by that name there.I was told it would have a 10 year warranty on it. The heat nor the ac are currently not working. My house is freezing and i have small children.Been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks. Not hearing anything back. My next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Aire Serve of Suwannee installed a new unit with new ductwork at my home September 2023. The issue has not work properly since being installed, Aire Serve has come out to the residence three times in concerns of this matter. The first time they stated it was the thermostat, it was replaced, the next it was a part that was bad inside the new unit, this took several weeks to be corrected, the third time it was low on freon. The unit still did not work, they told us it was due to our insulation in the crawlspace. We had an inspection of the insulation in the crawlspace and was notified that the HVAC unit is not properly installed, and the ductwork is not new and is not attached in several areas. Tried contacting Aire Serve and was informed that they no longer service the area we reside in, even though the unit is under warranty.

Go elsewhere guys doesn't know what he is doing installed my a/c incorrectly. i asked him to fix it, I was willing to pay. But un responsive and doesn't want to fix his mistakes. The owner Anthony doesn't want to be compliant with his mistake and fixing them. I will pursue legally action if not handled professionally......

Purchased 3 system with the Anthony the apparent owner of this company . Had a second opinion on the installed and was told by other companies not one but two that the install was incorrect . I asked Anthony to get it fixed he said I only offer 1 year warranty . This guy is inconsistent and disrespectful to others people money please rethink when choosing this service. I had my brother handle this issue but apparently he didn’t know what he was doing when installing . I’ve contact my attorney for further assist in getting my money back or atleast fixing it correctly

We recently had a new AC/Heater unit installed. Anthony did a great job explaining the process and offerings. Even after install he has done a great job following up. He has provided excellent customer service and has made us feel certain. That we made the right choice. So far, everything is working great. I would recommend to others.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS... They don't know what they are doing and installed my a/c incorrectly. Willing to pay for them to fix the mistake but did not want to help out any further. Also became unresponsive to communication. The owner Anthony does not hold himself accountable for the mistakes that were made. I have no choice but to pursue legal action if the issues are not corrected!
