I would not recommend this company to anybody.. technicians Scott and Noah came out and basically did nothing more than change out an old thermostat for a new one. Did not clean or tune up/ recalibrate the unit although they claimed they did the recalibration. Did not change the air filters. Claimed there was no refrigerant, because it had all leaked out. Did not put refrigerant in or fix the leak. Came 2 times and still didn't diagnose or fix anything. They were supposed to get paid $500.00, until I complained and then I was told they were going to change the air filters until they found out I had emailed the BBB and then they changed their mind. That's retaliation... and I am going to let the BBB know about that. My number was blocked, on account of alleged harassment. The problem was finally diagnosed after my landlord had another company come look at my ac/heat pump. I had to give at least one star to write this review, but AireServ deserves ZERO stars...

I had a wonderful experience with Aire Serv. The staff is friendly and helpful. The technician that came to my home was genuinely polite and fully explained to me what had went wrong and how they were going to fix it. Everything is working very well now...I would whole heartedly recommend them. And I would 100% use them again. Thank you to EVERYONE at Aire Serv you all did a GREAT JOB! I am a very happy customer.

My wife and I had one of our A/C Heat pump units go out. We contacted Air-Serve to come take a look. They arrived on-time to the appointment that was set. The technician was very polite and professional. Within a couple of minutes he was able to analyze and determine the cause of the breakage. We have a home warranty and Air-Serve interacted with them on our behalf to give the diagnosis and explain what was needed to repair our unit which was no longer covered by the manufacturer. Long story short, our Home Warranty Service declined much to our dismay to cover the repair/replacement of the faulty unit. My wife and I decided to get a new unit rather than run into same issue again and Air-Serve was able to accommodate us with finding a comparable and affordable unit that came in much lower cost-wise than expected. They have since installed the unit without issue. We are very happy with the whole experience we recieved from Air-Serve. I cannot say enough about good things about this company from answering the call to service, these folks have been top-notch! We strongly recommend them and know that if you select them, you will be happy too.

Billy was so nice to meet with us after hours about a new heat pump. He explained all our options in great detail, followed up with detailed quote the next day. The whole Aire Serv team are very easy to talk to and take their time to make sure we were happy with our service. The installation process was smooth and painless. They were able to communicate different recommendations to meet my needs, which also took into consideration the total cost and what actually needed to be done.
