I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Truc T. Tran at the Orlando Health Clinic, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for.

Dr. Tran is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. His compassionate approach truly sets him apart, and I felt confident in his care.

The nurses at the clinic were equally impressive. They were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Their support made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. My Truc T. Tran and the wonderful nursing staff at the Orlando Health Clinic. Their professionalism and genuine care for their patients make all the difference!

As with most competent medical physicians, they have heavily scheduled patient load. However, when you are in the exam room with Dr. Tran, he gives you his undivided attention to his patients, very personable and provide good medical advice, promoting healthy lifestyle.

His office staff very friendly, medical assistant very friendly, cheerful which is very refreshing given the amount of patients they see on a daily basis, keep up the good work and looking forward to the next office visit!

The check in process was not helpful at all. I don’t have a co pay for my primary doctor that is in the network. The two friends n clerk a woman and a man insisted my co- pay was $60, which is a specialty doctor appointment visit. Dr Tran is in network and there shouldn’t be any co payment. I asked if it can be billed, I was told no and that I had to call my insurance. While I wait I called my insurance and there was no co pay request for my follow up appointment. At the end I did get my refund back but this was a hassle as this delayed my appointment. Do better next time and listen to the patient. I know my coverage and what is needed to be paid at time of visits. Thank you
