Our server Bryan was exceptional.He was willing to answer all my food allergy questions, smiled, made recommendations, and helped our first experience here be memorable. I recommend the rack of lamb! Fantastic flavor. From my personal taste, next time, I will request less oil on the vegetables and potatoes Our hosts and every server that came to our table were friendly and helpful. The layout was a bit unusual and the bathrooms were not marked but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. A wonderful first visit.

My husband and I have come here for several big occasions... Birthday's, Anniversary's, etc ... And the food is always super delicious and the vibe is great! Jen is the absolute greatest waitress with a really great personality and she has the best communication. We've never had a bad meal and the chocolate cake is to die for!

We had dinner here last night and it really was beyond our expectations. Eric was our server and he was fantastic. The crab & cream cheese spring rolls and spicy tuna tartare were incredible! Caesar salad and beet and burrata salad were also really tasty. Cocktails were great, this place is beautiful and spotless. Can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommend.

I was excited for the crab and cream cheese egg rolls and the shrimp Diablo pizza. The service was attentive, unobtrusive and well informed. The decor was nice and festive for the holiday season.
One can imagine my surprise when the appetizer was delivered cold and the egg rolls had absolutely zero crispy edges. The 'Diablo' shrimp pizza was nothing to brag about either. The pizza sauce wasn't spicy, and when I asked for hot sauce, I got some sort of sweet and spicy wing sauce that was similar to the dipping sauce for the egg rolls. It also was cold almost instantly. We won't be returning.

First time in “SURV” But DEFINITELY will Not be our last. Place and Service was very Nice. Food was very very GOOD and they are Not stingy with the portions, they fill the plate so you will be leaving with a To Go bag. SURV is a Must try even if you do not live in the area. Thank Me Later ?

We went here for my nephew's wedding reception. There was a mixup with venue and instead of being setup outside on patio we were placed inside - HOWEVER, the staff was very accommodating and changed everything to be outside asap.
Appetizers were delicious and ambiance outside was cute.

I was hesitant to eat here based on the 50-50 reviews, but I’m glad we did. We made reservations but prob didn’t need them on Sunday night. The restaurant itself is really well designed and cozy. The staff was friendly and great. The manager checked in on us, and our waiter was awesome. The complimentary bread and dipping oil was honestly great- the oil with the herb was hands down the best I have had. It was light and paired with the bread very well! We got the margarita pizza and it was very good- the sauce was def their own slightly sour but sweet and it blended with the cheese very well. The crust was perfectly cooked also. For the main I wanted to do the lamb but sometimes when you get lamb it’s not great and I didn’t want to chance it lol so we ended up both getting the pork chop. When the waiter spoke of it, you could tell it was his fave and a good choice! I’m just going to say it was an excellent pork chop- tender, juicy and full of flavor! The side it came with was risotto but I don’t know I would call it risotto- it was very good whatever it was. My husband and I are still debating what it could have been lol. Whatever it was it worked and we loved it! We got dessert to go- peanut butter pie and hummingbird cake. The peanuts butter pie was good, but the hummingbird cake was ok- it had that sitting in the fridge taste to it. We don’t usually do dessert anyway so no big deal. They have a good draft beer selection-and since we were doing Hotel of Horror after dinner I went with the pumpkin ale- good choice!

Overall, this is really a hidden gem in Forks Twp. We will def come back - the service, the food, the atmosphere were all excellent. It was local and close. It’s nice to have a good restaurant in our area that is not the same pizza-Chinese-fast food- subs. Def try this place!

We really gave this place a fair shot, visited four times and three out of the four times the service and speed of the kitchen were absolutely HORRIBLE. It honestly is some of the worst service and slowest to deliver food and drinks of anywhere we have dined in the valley.

The sad part about all of this is the food and atmosphere are actually really good! They make a Manhattan with Jim Beam and use bottom to mid shelf liquor for their drinks so I can’t give much praise in the bar department but the kitchen makes up for it. Lastly their pizza is some of the best in the area too.

I would not recommend dining in here and will definitely will not be giving it a fifth shot. Take out for sure but unless you want to spend three hours of your night with below average service in a restaurant that is clearly and visibility understaffed and poorly managed, I could not recommend this place.
