These guys were polite, knowledgeable, and didn't try to overcharge us, or tell us we had to pump more often, unlike some other local pumpers. Super happy with the service!

This is the second time I have used this company in two years and I have to say the service is above and beyond expectation. From the first call through completion, I couldn't be more satisfied.

This time around I asked to have a riser installed as I really didn't want to have the bother of digging down two feet of dirt every time we needed service. The tech showed up the same day as the cleaning, installed the riser and left the area like his was his own property.

If you are in the Westford area and need septic service, I highly recommend!

Both the office personnel and Rich who provided the service at my house, were professional, helpful and friendly. I felt like I was working with a company that cared about us as people.

Not only friendly, Rich was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain several things I didn't know about our septic tank and how to care for it so we didn't have problems in the future. He could have easily billed us and said 'have a nice day', but he went above and beyond! A great company all around.

RJ Lacombe was amazing! We called after a hole developed on our lawn. The dispatcher returned our call within 30 minutes and we quickly received a call back from Bob. He was able to make it out within the hour (after5pm!). He quickly diagnosed the problem (Broken hidden septic lid from a truck in our driveway). He offered to return the following day himself to both pump the septic-which was almost due-and replace the cover. By 10 am the following morning, everything was all set. I appreciate the professionalism, timeliness as well as value from RJ Lacombe. Thank you!

Excellent service. Very responsive. We had some issues with blockages in our outdoor septic tank and they got back to me right away. Walked me through how to address it and came out the next day to check in. Highly recommend them.
