This company was very helpful with transporting my mother. She was very comfortable and safe. The attendants took care of my mother and even made her laugh with their friendly conversations. The attendants made sure all questions were answered etc. I would personally like to thank each and every one who assisted with transporting my mother and making sure we were kept updated on everything. Special Thanks to Ms. Kim who calmed my fears and helped me get my mom home.

LandAir did a wonderful job of transporting my mom as a non emergency patient. The EMTs worked hard to make sure she was safely taken care of along the way. From the first phone call with Kim organizing the transport … to her arrival home, it was such an easy and stress free process. I am so grateful.

I had to book a ride for my mother for an after surgery visit I couldn't attend. I just want to say that Land-Air Traansport did a great job from the moment they contacted me yesterday and got the ride set up. I spoke to my mother and the driver was great showed up early and was very pleasant throughout the process. We will be using them in the future and I highly recomend this comapny and service. They took the time to listen and reassure that my mother was in good hands. Thank you very much to Land-Air Transport and thank you Kim for the assitance.

Great communication with Kim when ride was late. She kept us updated when driver was delayed due to extreme traffic. Kim also made sure to inform driver of some concerns. Would use Land Air again for next transport need.

I was picked up by Daniel, a war veteran at Encompass Health Spring, I had accumulated a lot of things, and Daniel wasn't concerned about any of the material items,but focused on me and my safety, to the van parked outside the front door of the rehabilitation hospital, Daniel help me in the van and secured me in and then quickly started the van and cranked up the a/c. He then loaded up all my belongings. Once were loaded,in a very safe way pulled out of the facility and drove check'n his mirrors and used his turn signals for safe lane changes and never once tailgated or drove aggressive and drove to my destination in a timely professional manner. When we arrived at my house, he turned around to make it easy for me to exit the vehicle, and offered me support to hold on while getting my knee scooter ready for me to use, then when I was out of the way. Then Daniel unloaded the van and carried my belongings into my house,he made sure I was safely in my house, and thanked me. The whole time in the vehicle was pleasant and smelled very clean and we had go conversation. I want to thank Land-Air for sending him to give me such a great professional to handle my transportation needs.
