This company appears to engage in misleading practices regarding its subscription services. During the sales process, they provide a demo that portrays their platform as highly effective and profitable. However, once the subscription is purchased and access to the live portal is granted, it becomes evident that there are significantly fewer job opportunities available than advertised.

Additionally, prospective customers report being pressured into signing contracts under the pretense of a limited-time offer, such as claims that prices will increase the following day. Payments are required upfront, and after the contract is signed, the company asserts that the subscription is non-refundable and enforces strict terms without offering a cooling-off period.

The live platform's performance and opportunities reportedly fall short of the standards displayed in the demo. Such practices raise concerns about transparency and fair dealing, leaving customers dissatisfied and feeling misled. SCAM !!!

"I’ve dedicated three years to building a successful courier exchange business, adhering strictly to company guidelines. Despite a spotless record and no negative reviews, my membership has been unexpectedly revoked without explanation.

Repeated attempts to contact the company via email and phone have been unsuccessful. This abrupt termination feels unjust and has severely impacted my livelihood. The years of hard work I invested in this business have been undermined.

I believe many of my satisfied clients would quickly switch to a competitor if given the opportunity. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned and distrustful of the company."

Very bad experience. My money was ripped off. No refund offered.
I lost about 5000 pounds by paying Transport Exchange Group and insurance of my van and did not get any business from them in 5 months.
I will not recommend anyone and make him aware to be careful.

Viewing the software simply as a backload tool, it works.

However.. the overall management of the platform and customer service is absolutely abysmal.

We currently have a complaint open with CX (Transport Exchange Group) which was made on 22/11/18.. it is now 19/11/18. Even when you chase, call & chase again no progress will be made and CX's staff will give very limited & contradicting information. It is a common occurrence that any issues we have with the software, promises from staff members or other users remain unresolved.

Unless you have a very robust and highly staffed credit control team there is absolutely no point in subscribing to the software
