This has been the 2nd time I've had my hair done by Renee. She is an excellent stylist and was able to accomodate me flying in town for business on short notice. She has a great salon, engaging entertainment while you get your hair done and a lively personality that makes the time fly by. Make sure you get some of the homeade oil to take with you - you'll walk out smelling like royalty.

I wanted some one that did locs only, not locs braids and weave I was looking for a true loctition and she is that. This is my second visit and I'm satisfied. My service was a head full of loc extensions and 2 months later none have came out. My second service was a wash and style and I wanted 10 locs replaced with a different color. Price is worth the work and service.

Lamarenee does absolutely stellar work and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to her craft. I came to Lamarenee certain that nothing could be done with my locs, as I felt it was beyond repair for letting it go for too long. She was honest in saying that if nothing could be done, she wasn’t going to just take my money. She completely resurrected my hair. We did a full restore and now my hair is back to the way it should be after years of mistreatment. She even advised me on correct hair and scalp care to avoid the issues I’ve had in the past. Ms. Lamarenee is dope! She is skilled and personable. I love that she keeps it 100 and will tell you exactly what’s going on with your hair. Her knowledge is out of this world, and I learned so much during my consultation, and when my son went back to get his hair done. I really thought I was learning something through YouTube and googling information, but we had a lot of bad information. I love that she is a teacher, and is not afraid to share her knowledge.. . So glad we found her and we will be coming back again and again. My son’s hair looks amazing and I’m next!! You won’t regret choosing Locs by Lamarenee.

Lamarenee does an excellent job. She did my daughter’s locs and has been maintaining them for almost a year now. My only complaint is that I didn’t find her sooner.
