Let me first start off by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had for my locs. I went in to see Cassidy at the Fuqua location assuming I had dive or so locs that needed repairs after a failed interlocking session from a previous stylist. Three hours later all but maybe five of my locs of close to 100 needed repairs. The patience that Cassidy had with not just me but my hair was amazing. She told me what she was doing ever step of the way and I walked away knowing I had found a new person to do my hair. The compliments I received have solidified my decision to continue to go to Cassidy.

The owner is very professional the salon clean and organized the staff polite and friendly service thank everyone I know daugere to get her pics reattached after another person butched her hair I was very pleased with the outcome of her reattachment of here locs

I made an appointment for 3 hours thinking that I could get my hair cared for by ingritous people. They said I had sister locs that where smaller then micro locs. Look at my picture my locs are average sized for sister locs. My hair has not been tightened for 8 weeks. They took a deposit for the appointment thrn switched the price due to my loc type. I said that their new price was outside of my budget so could I have my deposit back? They said no?

My experience her was surprisingly delightful. I have been craving the feeling of going into a shop and having my hair washed and Cassidy went above and beyond. Baby i fell asleep at the wash bowl! She even went above and beyond to handle some growing build up I did not even know i had.

I am not much of a talker during appointments, due to my sensitive scalp however she was very gentle and detail oriented.

I normally do my own hair do to my fear of new age hairstyles, however Cassidy has given me hope that people who not only do hair but love people still exist in the service industry. I will deffff be back.

Also: If you can stop before you appointment, pull cash as you can not tip via cards and there is a $3 service charge when paying with cards.

My experience was a bit off, I was scheduled for and appointment at 1:30 with Brenda Bree. But there was a walk-in whom was being taken care of before me. There was a nice gentleman that did shampoo my hair and chatted with me briefly. I was taken care of just spent 3 hours and 22 mins on an appointment that was only 2hours and 15mins. I actually had to reschedule my other appointment due to this issue. Just wasn’t what I was expecting, and side note, be sure to express how you would specifically like your hair. I got two stand twists and the rubber bands were extremely to tight when I went to take it down (had to practically rip them out of my hair).

They were okay.I have thick hair and small locs, I came for a wash, retwist and style. This service was listed on the site for about $120. Which seemed fair as this is what I would usually pay if not less. The people were nice but it took too long for my retwist and they kept changing my price, stating I should have selected micro locs, which I do not have. I was there for over 3 hrs and my hair is usually done in 1 and a half at the most. My scalp was left dry, idk if you have to pay extra for that or not. If you have a lot of hair or smaller locs I would not suggest as you will be inconvenienced.

This is the best place in the Houston area for locs! I’ve been going here for a while now, and my son goes here too. The inside is squeaky clean and very nicely decorated, very fancy looking. Scheduling is easy through their website, and I never have issues getting a good appointment. Everyone that works there is friendly and knows what they are doing. This is the place for your locs.

The Loc Den Missouri City has good energy and great customer service. I take my son here to get his hair done. Everyone greets you with a Gm/Ge an a smile when you walk in. They’re very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. The shop is very clean, spacious, and organized. I appreciate The Loc Den for being a great business and would highly recommend them to anyone on their loc journey etc…. Keep up the awesome work TLD 10/10 ❗️
