Our team stayed here and absolutely loved our experience. The hotel staff and hotel experience created a great vibe for our trip and everything was phenomenal. Loved our stay and will def be back! I would most def recommend this spot if you are looking for a great place to stay in Brentwood, TN.

This was a great hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Very clean (and I’m very picky). Linens were great. Wish I could’ve taken the comforter home with me. The front desk staff was wonderful. Great price. Check in/out was a breeze. Ample parking. Very safe and secure location. Plenty of things nearby. The pool was not open but that wasn’t a factor for us. Only 4 stars bc the shower leaked but I reported that and the girl I spoke with handled it perfectly. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean rooms and an amazing location. However, the employees are really the shining stars here! During the global tech outage this weekend, the hotel was unable to make room keys so the employees had to walk each and every guest to their room (from Friday to Sunday). They were all kind and did their best to accommodate. Thank you so much!

The SpringHill Suites in Nashville/Brentwood is conveniently located to Interstate 65 with a short drive to Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin, and downtown. The hotel had a free breakfast and the staff were very friendly. The room was in need of a few repairs: window shade was broken, shower door seal was broken and door would not stay closed, and the telephone was non-operational. The breakfast had multiple hot and cold items. The food stopped being replenished about 30 minutes before the breakfast ended, and there were lots of people competing for the remaining items. Recommended one arrive early for best selections.

I loved this hotel very much. Huge and clean rooms, free bottled water at the reception desk. The breakfast is included and it is good. Indoor swimming pool is a great benefit. They serve food at the bar by 9:30 pm, but you should probably make your order earlier, like 9pm. Also, you cab hear the train horn in a distance, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

I stayed here over a month ago and experienced an issue with my stay. The lady at the front desk was apologetic and said I would be given points to make up for the issue. I did not receive the points and have been waiting over a month for an appropriate response from Marriott and/or the hotel. I have called in multiple times only to be told that I will hear from someone in 3-5 business days and no one ever reaches out. I will not stay at this Marriott again and am rethinking if Marriott is the best choice for any future stays. I do not feel valued as a long time member and am very disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Update: I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because I received an email from the hotel manager within two hours of posting this review and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

We stopped here for two days on our way back to Kentucky from Atlanta. So happy we did! Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean with no bad odors, very clean, well done. Walk in closet, Staff is great and hotel is CLEAN! I was pleased with everything there. Breakfast was well stocked and hot items were actually hot, waffles available daily. Laundry, fitness room and pool all well kept. Love this hotel. Will stay there every-time I am near brentwood. Thank you for a fabulous stay
