We had the best time with VanVenture exploring Yosemite and the surroundings. This is my 7th time to Yosemite but feel like this time I truly got to experience it. Saw so many sunrises, sunsets, night skies willed with stars right from the van. Best experience and amazing hosts!

My partner and I spent 2 weeks traveling around the American Southwest in the Ford Transit model. It was great!

Even at 20 degrees, nights we were plenty warm with the bedding and insulation. Drives well on highway and well-maintained dirt roads. Included battery kept all our electronics charged and the refrigerator running for 14 days easily but I'm sure it would go longer.

Wenxi and Pat were so responsive and accommodating before/during/after the trip. Look no further for a secure and comfortable van getaway. We're already planning our next trip!

We rented a Ford Transit van for our week long trip out to Yosemite and it was a blast. The van came with everything needed to park at a site and set up camp. Perfect size for 2 people to sleep and cook in for the week.

The nights got down to the low 40s and there was no issue in the van sleeping. Even if it got colder there is a heated blanket to plug in and stay warm.

I would 100% recommended VanVenture for a van camping trip.

We definitely loved renting a campervan from VanVenture. Meeting them for pickup was quick and the van was stocked with all of the gear we needed to setup camp & enjoy the views at some of our favorite campsites all night.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG
Our annual trek via Amtrak from East to West included our renting a van "Woody" from VanVentures. We chose one that was identical to our own and made the reservation. BUT, then a massive server error in late March 2023 at Amtrak caused a shutdown of all traffic in and out of Chicago. OH NO!
I called VanVenture and explained the situation and was glad to find that I had purchased the trip insurance. But here was a problem that occurred and for almost 15 days we were in constant text exchange with the folks at VanVenture as they went to bat for us. They immediately refunded all fees and other costs not associated with the direct rental and then spent so much time trying to rectify the remaining issues. And in the end, they made the refund directly. No argument, no excuses, no obfuscation. Keeping us informed at each step.
When it goes fantastic, we write reviews. When it goes bad, we really write reviews. But here, VanVenture worked to fix a problem that came out of left field, and created a resolution.
Over 54 texts and 15 days, Lean & Wenxi went to work on the problem and how to solve it. And they did just that. And that is often how systems improve.
So we are going to reschedule this trip for the fall and you can be sure we will be taking "Woody" out to our family homestead in Angels Camp to enjoy our time there.

Can't get enough of these vans! My third time renting and better than ever — these guys have thought of everything and couldn't make the rental process easier. The van is well stocked with amenities to get you comfortably through a weekend trip (or longer!) and they added video tutorials so that you can watch before check-in, making the pickup that much faster and smoother. 100% highly recommend renting with them — you won't regret it!

We took "Scarlet" down to Half Moon Bay for a night at the Francis State Beach Campground. It's a sweet set-up, and we got lots of jealous glances from the other campers. The owner's thoughtful gear package meant that we didn't have to pack very much, and everything worked like a charm. We were perfectly warm throughout the night even as temperatures dipped close to freezing. Max was super accommodating and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Because a technical problem required him to cancel our initial booking on a different booking site, Max offered to compromise on the nightly rate, which we really appreciated.

This was my third time renting from Jon & Max and best time yet. Their vans are amazing and they've really thought through everything you'd need for a weekend trip. I'd hightly recommend renting from them and plan on renting from them again this summer.
