I will avoid this company for my next travel later this week. Just returned from a day trip to Mysore from Bangalore. After dropping us off at Brindavan Gardens, the driver went for personal errand which added 50-60 km to the total reading. Drivers are dishonest so keep a check on the mileage reading at every stop or better to avoid hiring from this company completely.

Sudharshan and BSR team arranged a vintage car for my wedding in May'22. The car was in a spotless white color and was very well decorated with flowers, just the way we had asked them to. The driver was well dressed in Indian attire, was very polite and punctual in arriving at the venue.

The car was one of the main highlights of the Baarat procession! I was in close proximity to my relatives who were dancing. Also the elders from my family (esp my grandparents) who would have trouble standing for such a long duration could sit right next to me in the car.

Lastly the entire booking experience was seemless! The team was very patient and prompt in showing me the different car and decor variants.

I had booked an rolls royce ghost from 6 pm but i had to make last minute changes to the schedule and Sudharshan had managed and sent the car 1 hour prior to the schedule. He had always said that you will have no complaints to the service that we provide and that was extremely true. From the maintenance of cars to the decoration standards everything was on point and the best part was everything was so smooth and clear. The driver Mr. Sampath was also very polite, co-operative and well on time. This was the kind of service that a groom would expect on his wedding. I would like to say Thank you to them through this medium.
