I was at Dollar rent A car which is the same location. The signs leading you to the location where you actually did the paperwork to rent a vehicle or absolutely misleading and not available. There are three different companies at this rental point. Again no direction which way to go to fill out the paperwork and pick up your rental vehicle. Once I was located the choice of cars was yours and you were able to leave easily just by having the paperwork checked at the gate

Overall fine experience — clean car, easy to use shuttle to offsite center, and smooth transaction.

For planning purposes, the shuttle service seems to run on a 15+ minute cycle — waited for a while at the terminal upon arrival (~12 pm on a Saturday) and waited 7 minutes at center to return to terminal (~6 am on a Monday).

Each team member with whom I worked was kind — I didn’t need much assistance so I can’t speak to general willingness to help or answer questions, but they were accessible.

The car itself was very clean — went with an electric car which they had a lot of options for — but I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to find chargers in the Palm Beach area. This is not the problem of this Hertz location, but it is something to consider when renting an EV — research the area’s support of this transportation mode.

The shuttle took 20 min to arrive at the airport. The line to depart the facility at PBI was 10 deep. I was charged for having an additional driver, when it was supposed to be free if both myself and the additional driver provided AAA membership which we did. And it's impossible to speak to a live person when you call. It's all automated with no option of agent. If none of the automated questions were why you are call, it just hangs up on you. What happened to Hertz? They used to be the #1 place to rent a car.

I am a gold member and I have rented with Hertz for 20 years. I would like to thank this Hertz location for the exceptional service. I recently went into this location to ask some questions about an important upcoming rental. I was unable to get anyone on the phone from the local office. Any number that I called went directly to a call center that was off-site. I decided to go into the location and I met an amazing employee Annie. She was very kind, polite, and patient with all my questions. She was also very knowledgeable with all of their protocols and products. She definitely made our stressful situation a breeze. I highly recommend this location for renting a vehicle through Hertz. I equally highly recommend asking for Annie to assist you with any of your rental needs.

The worst service I have ever experienced. They closed the kiask at the airport and made us shuttle over here. We got here and waited for over a half hour to get to the one hertz desk they had, they and us pay for full size gas car at the counter then sent us outside to wait with the rest of everyone else who had been waiting outside for an hour.. after my boyfriend made friends with one of the men he gave us a small electric car and said we had to charge it before returning…

Worst experience I have ever had and I will never use hertz again. All the people in this picture are waiting for cars and have been for hours. This whole horrible experience took an hour and ruined the beginning of my vacation. No apologies from the large staff who was not able to get a thing done the entire time. The desk employees would send mad customers to the manager who was legitimately running away from them so he wouldn’t have to deal with them.. when we left there were three people waiting to talk to him and he was no where to be found. The person behind me in line had to have someone come pick him up because they said no cars for TWO HOURS.

Responding to the response from the owner, reviewing the issue won’t fix it and I can tell from a lot of reviews that this is how your business runs and you don’t really care about the customers. As I am writing this, I am wasting my vacation time, that I took time off work for and spent a lot of money on, charging this ev car that I should not have and did not rent and didn’t pay for.

I just rented a car from Hertz in West Palm airport. And I was very impressed. I give Annie 5 stars for her assistance. She was very welcoming, calm and help me get the car that I needed for my trip. She answered all my concerns. The line was short and I was in and out fairly quickly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Annie.

The shuttle came at the area it was supposed to and in a resonable amount of time. Friendly shuttle driver. For some reason though the shuttle was leaking inside during some rain…

Our car experience was great no issues with the car and very little issue pick up and returning. Wish there was better inside signage but that’s that. I’d use very again.
