Management SERIOUSLY dropped the ball on a shipment of mine that they damaged and had to re-pack (no calls, no updates for over a week) but the gentleman at the front counter, wearing a very cool Citizen Hulk watch, was happy to help and great at his job. He quickly retrieved my packages and helped me make sure that the contents were all properly transferred to their new boxes and relatively unharmed after the original mishap. I hope he stays long enough to bring that enthusiasm and helpfulness to higher positions within the location and company.

This message goes to driver Daniel of FedEx in Phoenix. Thank you for your delivery service today. FedEx needs more drivers like you. Even when he was delivering boxes that were heavier than him, in 106° heat, he still took the time to be kind and courteous. I made sure I gave him two bottles of ice, cold water and two bottles of Gatorade. If I could have given him more, I would have. Keep up the good work Daniel and have a great day!

I wanted to put a good word in for the two (man and woman) working the front end of this ship center. I was there both today and yesterday, and the guy was super helpful, super nice and explained exactly why my package had been delayed. He made sure to keep it safe, and right up front as soon as it had arrived this morning. They were both super friendly today, and I appreciate them keeping my package safe. (It was a turtle). I wish my fish brain could remember their names. FedEx is lucky to have them working for them.

Worst customer service ever !! Female does not know how to act in public . The 50ish year old women is lazy childish and attitude . Refused to help acted like an idiot jumping on the counter siting on it and stated but she is cute ( ugly in n out ) worst experience ever . She refused f give me a receipt for the palate she took and refuse to give me my package back .. Theif -I ask for a manager and no one ever came out . Disgusting attitude and combined with lazy. She lucky I’m not the boss.
Jumping up on counters trying to intimidate (for reference I am 4ft 11in ) acting like a clown all because you had to go to work . Lazy people with attitudes should not be in customer service in anyway way and at that age should not be that childish. Open at 10am Saturday 7/20/24 . She must have been late clocking in after 10:10 -10:15 am while her co worker was polite working hard

Today I come to pickup the package
I meet Michelle Lufa, who was amazing service super patient. FedEx have hired any one like Michelle Lufa FedEx will be amazing company. Not anymore like Michelle in FedEx anymore. Phone central calling should not pay them anymore. They pick up the phone then turn off in few seconds or say “ hello hello thus my name thank you calling FedEx “then turn off.
I feeling bad for FedEx company who hiring those jerk people.
Look for Michelle when you come to this location. You will have best help solved your problem looking tracking number.

I’m very pissed off on how the driver that delivered my iPads today thought he was being slick , at 2 pm a black car pulled up to my neighbors front home with two males inside which she thought was very suspicious at 2:32 FedEx truck pulls up to my house and drops packages off clearly you can see the FedEx driver take picture and walk away and wave at the 2 males that were sitting in the car. FedEx driver drives off and one of the males in black car in passenger seat gets off and walks to my front door and takes the packages . I will make sure you get fired if you did this to me today I’m sure you have done it before you informed these 2 guys about the packages you have been caught on camera not only that but my neighbor saw everything. Did you really think having the males pull up and wait for 30 mins before you pulled up was a smart idea FedEx sucks !!!

Just left the fedex at 43rd ave customer service rep was George. Shout out To great service!! Management at FedEx ship center on 99th Avenue and McDowell. Should take some lessons from George. George , your manager should be very proud of you as to how you handle customers.!

Still no customer parking. This location just spent months adding parking spaces for customers. And just like before, 90 percent of the spots are taken by their employees. I could not find parking and found only 2 customers in their lobby once I entered
