The truck wasn't clean, infact an empty beer can came rolling out from under the seat, if pulled over I could have possibly been charged with an open container! The staff who rented the truck to me could use more training, but the person who checked me in was above and beyond professional, Customer service from the call center was also great.

We were charged $300 extra and have been waiting a week to get it. My husband Garan Reese and I are from ohio. We finally got a place so we went to rent a U-Haul to bring out things out of U-Haul storage. It has been a nightmare since then. The guy didn’t get our contact information right after asking for it 5 times ( they all speak English just fine so there are no communication barriers) we had to stop at the gas station that’s not even .5 miles up the street because it was on . The thirty minute is us loading our belongings on the truck. We called after being charged $300 extra dollars for 200+ miles. In this city after 3 pm on a week day how will I get 200 plus miles in with rush hour traffic? Then We call again they didn’t save the right contact info again. The reference number allows some people to find the situation but for others it data back to 2022? I want my $300 that was charged extra on my card and then not to deal with this location or possibly any location again. Why are y’all not checking the trucks? We got it on empty and you sign before you see it , and they don’t check. FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS MAKE THEM WALK OUT THERE WITH YOU YO SEE IT FIRST DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!

A true one stop shop. I used this location moving to the valley from Prescott years back and am now building a small business. The staff and units at this location have been second to none in getting what I needed. The GM and managers are go-getters. I wanted a one-hundred square foot locker (which was not available) and had to buy two separate lockers (50 sq/ft a piece). I was given a huge discount to make the cost of the two lockers equivalent. They also keep a list of those who require upgrades. Their customer service is very attentive and I have never had a billing issue. You get the lower costs (in line with the area’s lower property values), but none of the quality is sacrificed.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to be the result of unreasonable expectations. They handle property and vehicle rentals. It isn’t a McDonald’s drive through. It can take time to perform these sorts of transactions and it must be done thoroughly to protect you and them. All I want is the service, without all the fake corporate smiles and psychobabble. That’s what they give.

Rented a 26 ft uhaul, JH 4935 K and was by far the worst truck I've rented from u haul. Don't use this truck! Gas was just unreal with this truck, $20 to go maybe 30 miles. Then, because the truck wasn't left at the mark that it wasn't given to me I was charged another $40 for the service fee I'm guessing. They told me I had over a 1/4 tank got in the truck started it and it was under a 1/4. 4th line from empty. I drove 10 miles and the meter dropped 2 lines from E. Also the truck's rear driver side brake light wasn't working, the license plate light came on and off, the box light didn't turn on, and the battery needed jumped so I could get it back to the u haul cause when I went to start it, all it did was click. So for $100 I'd just find another u haul close to the area or get a newer truck. I use u haul all the time to move people and never have driven a truck this bad from them.

La señorita que habla español No quiso rentarme por que era tarde y me.invento que todos los camiones y trailas estaban reservados, así que reserve yo mismo un camion de 20' y volvi en 5 minutos a la tienda, tuvieron que darmelo pero fue una muy mala experiencia ya que se paso todo el tiempo diciendome que no iba poder entregarlo a tiempo y que no debia rentar camiones tan tarde. Yo lo necesitaba en ese momento, al final lo obtuve y lo entregue sin problemas a las dos horas.
