I have been shopping ?️ with my mom here ever since! All of the sudden they sent me to some manager and an employee with absolutely NO!!! EXPERIENCE!! Like the NICE ladies have been working for years at this location! THIS COMPANY IS WORTHLESS NOW!!! My mom and I have been shopping here since I was a teenager and they respected us allllll the time!!! It’s too bad the NEW F….policy has changed!!! YES CHANGED!!! Because one of the inexperienced employees that thinks she’s a wannabe overworked and tired and BS working for too damn long employee when they really need to give credit to much more experienced and that have been there a long time ladies credit like a manager position not some lady who just has months or a year doing a job. I mean come one!! The employee lied to me about the policy had not been changed but the experience one clarified that it did change. I mean what’s wrong with you inexperienced people l, I suggest you leave or get fired and leave the experience do their job and be manager. That’s it! You lost your client from so many years! And that’s that!

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review that would have been the best scenario. Arrived between 11:2am and 11:45am as it was my lunch HOUR, I walked up to a register as there were no customers, excepy me. I asked one of tue three people "workong" if I had to go to a specific register for a return, not one of them bothered to acknolwledge me let alone make eye contact; two or three walked away from the counter, the other one muttered to go to register 2. I let her know that I was sorry for inconviencing her; once at register 2 one or two of the others engaged the person, who was supposed to be helping me, in coversation, she was unable to perform the tasks and talk, so I am waiting for her to finish her conversation, so I can get out of there, because I'm on my lunch hour...Rude, dismissive, lazy people, which is why I stopped shopping at this Ross years ago. Sorry I gave them another chance. If you hate people, go work in a kitchen flipping burgers, or go scrub toilets so we, the money spending customers, don't have to deal with your sore faces, bad attitudes, and rudeness.

Never buy clearance that says “as is”… you won’t be able to return it. They should make people aware of it before they purchase the items.

Si me preguntan de EU siempre respondo igual: ve bajo tu propio riesgo. De compras! En Ross, le pregunto a la cajera si está disponible, no contesta, aventando las cosas, arrancándole los sensores de seguridad; creo que cualquier adulto inteligente identifica de inmediato a un empleado enojado, frustrado, grosero. Es difícil demostrar discriminación pero no encuentro otra explicación, si por otro lado está frustrada, tuvo un mal día: ¡que pena señorita, a sus veinte, un joven que atiende a los clientes en 2024!, un cliente no merece menos que una sonrisa. ¡Es mucho pedir!?
Es muy bonito este país, el día está increíble, estoy sano y mi familia me acompaña, pura felicidad. El mañana es incierto, solo tenemos el hoy, el ahora, disfrutemos la vida y si de pasada podemos hacer algo bueno por los demás, porque perder la oportunidad! Gracias.
