Comme d'habitude :
Service au top, véhicule répondant à nos attentes équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire à notre périple: couchage, nécessaire de cuisine, coffre de toit, coffre pour les cannes à mouche, chaussures pour la pêche,.... Même l'huile d'olive pour cuisiner !
Si on revient chaque année depuis plus de 10 ans, c'est qu'on est en confiance

Couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Customer service was excellent, the scope, binoculars, and iPhone scope attachment all were in excellent condition and made my time in Yellowstone incredible! I even got to see wolves which I never would have seen without the scope! Pricing was terrific, reserving was easy, communications were great, and having the option for late drop off allowed us to enjoy every second in the park without worrying about getting equipment back before closing time.

Incredibly nice equipment and staff. I was highly impressed at the caliber and selection of gear that was available for a multi day river trip. Explore rentals outfitted us with not only a fully kitted raft with standard frame and oars but also a trailer to haul it and a cooler and dry box fit for the frame and extra bags and straps for carrying gear properly. It was stocked with nice life jackets and safety equipment. They supplied us with large dry bags that could fit all of our four day needs along with waders and boots. They made sure there were enough seat accommodations and showed us how to secure the gear for the best comfort. The whole experience was amazing. I can not emphasize enough how refreshing and confidence inspiring it was to have nice equipment we could count on during the four day excursion. Not only is it top of the line but it is in excellent shape, they take such good care of their products!
Looking around the lot it was apparent that they would have been able to provide a vehicle worthy of towing the outfit if we needed also!
So impressed with this place, highly recommend for your adventure needs in Montana!

We rented an outback for a four day trip to Yellowstone and were very happy with Explore. There was an inconsequential hiccup prior to pick-up but they were quick to provide updates and I still had the car earlier than my scheduled pick-up. We also rented bear spray, a spotting scope, digiscope adapter and pair of binoculars. The optics were definitely a great choice for wildlife viewing in the park. The convenience of renting a car and equipment from the same place and skipping the airport lines just can’t be beat. My one recommendation would be to familiarize yourself with the Subaru multimedia interface before heading out. We had to factory reset the system in order to have it reliably connect to a phone.

It is so easy to rent from Explore and get equipped with the essential equipment for the Montana outdoors. I would hate to use Hertz or Avis or any other after experiencing how easy it is to pick up the vehicle with minimal or zero human interaction. During my trip, a falling rock hit the windshield and Kevin took care of me. Kevin knows who is calling and which seems to add the personal touch rather than big corporations.

We were headed to Montana for vacation/Wedding. We called and my husband spoke to the Owner he was so nice and set it all up. When arrive the car was ready to go. The rate was excellent to match the service we were provided. Wish they were around our area would use them a lot more. The people at the desk were very professional when checking the vehicle in and out.

Hands down one of the best car rental experiences I've EVER had. The staff was helpful and personable... real people who would be the ones ACTUALLY handing the keys to me, Great advice, SUPER clean Subaru Outback in pristine condition, Easy airport delivery/pickup/dropoff, great/fair pricing. 5 stars all around. Did this rental for a 100 mile race i was running in the Crazy Mountains in order to drive there and have my crew drive in on all these rough/dusty/sketchy roads and even enough space for her to take a nap in the back while waiting at an aid station for me. Will DEFINITELY use Explore again next time.

Great company to work with! We picked up our car at the airport, the instructions and communication was excellent at every step. No hidden surprises or ridiculous upselling charges like the large rental companies do. The car was parked within walking distance from the baggage claim area. It was great to skip the rental counter and start our trip as soon as we landed. The cooler was awesome to use as we drove through the parks. And rent the bear spray, we did end up biking upon a grizzly mom and cubs in Grand Teton. I was very grateful we did not need to use it, but so happy we had it! Thank you for making our vacation less stressful, I wish you guys had locations in every state!
