We had a tree fall on our fence May 26th.. it is now August 12th and the fence still has not been fixed. I have contacted BrighServ numerous times.. and have been provided numerous contact numbers by my insurance company.. every number goes straight to voicemail and they do not return your phone calls.

This company is withholding funds. They do not return phone calls. You can’t get ahold of them. They are impossible to work with. All insurance companies need to steer clear of this company. No sense in causing additional stress to policy holders, or contractors. They’re awful. If they have to send funds back to a sender they literally disappear off the face of the Earth, and no one can get through to them or recover the funds. I will also be making a compliant on the better business bureau.
For policy holders please make sure your insurance company isn’t using this third party vendor for payments. Save yourself the stress & tell your insurance company you prefer to pick your own independent contractor & have them send you the funds to do so directly.

Is it possible to put less than one star? They are just so difficult to get any response from. We are a local restoration company in good standing with the community and other third party administration companies. We have the worst time getting paid for any jobs we have completed and cannot get a response via phone. All accounting is overseas, so they will not call and do not list phone numbers in their email. I am losing hope that we will ever receive our money.

Best fried chicken I have ever had. Haven’t branched out yet to try other things. Service is awesome. Vibe is cool. Food is fantastic. I’ve been twice. Wife has been once. Friends have been multiple times. We’ll be back for shure!

They are lazy and slow to respond. I pointed out several issues with the contractor, and while BrightServ stayed they'd work to resolve them, they failed to do so. It took three months to get a less than satisfactory response. Don't bother. I could have been more effective and gotten results faster on my own.

HORRIBLE company to provide service for - We are a reputable restoration company that somehow got on this program with BrightServ - They NEVER answer their phone and NEVER return phone calls - They have been holding funds for our services and will not respond to us - this has occured on EVERY SINGLE JOB we have done through them - ADDITIONALLY, AN ADJUSTER PAID THIS COMPANY BY MISTAKE ON A JOB WE PERFORMED AND THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US TO RETURN PAYMENT BACK TO CARRIER OR TO US! --- IF YOU NEED CONTRACTING OR RESTORATION SERVICES DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR A SENSE OF PROTECTION - YOU WILL BE LET DOWN & YOUR CONTRACTORS WILL NOT GET PAID
