Wanted to share my extreme satisfaction with Aire Serv of the Woodlands as our service provider for our cooling and heating. The service is always very prompt and professional and during our recent service call, Allen was great! Quick diagnosis and fix during the same visit! With the AC, I always get a little nervous about the depth of the issue, but Allen walked me through the issue and how he was going to address it. Absolutely the best customer service ever! Family owned and it shows. They treat you like family. We were given many options along with pros and cons. No pressure. Once we made a decision they were out replacing our unit in no time. We’ve been using Aire Serve for over 3 years for all our heating and air needs. They’ve always gone above and beyond. It’s nice to know they’re there when we need them.

Aire Serv was always on time, professional, and courteous. We were referred by a neighbor since we had justy moved to Texas. Our tech Bob has been awesome in helping us work through and solve the AC issues that we were experiencing in our new home. There was an issue once the new unit was in, but they quickly responded and fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Top notch service from start to finish! Laura in the office was very responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond every step of the way. Our service technician Jon was amazing as well. He took care of our home like it was his own. He thoroughly explained everything and left our home better than he found it. Highly recommend these guys for maintenance & repair. I switched to them about 4 years ago. They always remind you when you are due for maintenance. Both times I needed them for repair a service tech was out within hours. Techs are very efficient, courteous and on time- give you a run down on status and recommended actions. I like the text message updates when tech is on his way so you know when they will be arriving.

Because of the tornado yesterday, May 23, 2023, we had our downstairs A/C unit stop running. I called around 7pm to see if I could get a service personnel out. I got a prompt answer, and they could come out the next day. Mr. Ernest Lopez came to check out why my downstairs A/C was not running. It turns out it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He did a professional and thorough inspection before deciding where the problem was. He installed the Honeywell Thermostat after getting my approval. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. I have been using this company for over four years, and each time, they have been thorough and professional. Thank you for running a excellent company.

They are prompts extremely professional called them at 11:30 p.m. someone actually answered the phone and had somebody out the following morning by 9:00. Couldn't ask for anything better got to my house after it was 95° all night and more had my air conditioning fixed and up and running within 2 hours. I will always use this company they're more than just a comfort company they're my best friends. Thank you

Did a very good installation of my new ac system. Worked very hard until the job was complete which was done in a timely manner. No mess left behind. Everything is working great. I’m very happy with this company overall.
