Our association was very fortunate to have SERVPRO take care of the emergency dry-out and removal work after Hurricane Milton. They kept owners’ areas as well as the common areas covered and as clean as possible with the large amount of work that needed to be done. We were so pleased with the emergency work the board hired the company to complete the reconstruction sheetrock work. I had several owners tell me how thankful they were for the timeliness of the work completed. Mike, oversaw all the work and was more than willing to meet with individual owners as well as send out the reports to our insurance company. Our home's basement flooded after a windy and rainy storm that knocked our power.

Servpro came right away once the storm had passed and pumped out the water quickly, set up propellers and dehumidifiers to dry it out, sprayed anti-microbial/fungal spray multiple times. They also provided us with generators that brought the power back on for some devices so that we could work from home/charge our devices. They also knocked out some of the wet sheetrock and removed the flooring as well, and disposed of all the garbage.

Very please to have worked with them. Highly recommend. Christian Freddy and Mike were excellent to work with.
