I have allergies to mold and dust. This company “claimed” to help those with asthma and allergy issues. So we paid Air Serv $32,000 to upgrade our upstairs unit, reduct the entire HVAC system, install an IQ air system for allergies, and install a UV light and Ozone unit.

I noticed that the air started smelling bad, and I was having some severe allergic reactions. I called the company several times and they did not respond. Finally the company called back after weeks and they came out. They gave us a bogus answer and wanted to charge us more money. The reason we bought the IQ air system is to prevent mold and allergies.

I was not satisfied with them charging more money. I kept calling to remediate the terrible smell in the HVAC system.

I have been completely ignored. I was suffering so I paid an HVAC cleaning company $5000 and they found mold in the vents and plenums. WE JUST HAD AIR SERV PUT IN TWO NEW IQ AIR SYSTEMS!!!!!!

I am having terrible health and Air Serv won’t stand behind their service or product.

DO NOT use this company if you have allergies or asthma. They don’t care and will just try to sell you something.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty company to fix a leaking drain pipe. We were given a 4 hour window for the service but the plumber did not arrive during the window. I called to check in and was told that they would come later. I could only wait an additional two hours due to my job and they didn't make it in time. We rescheduled for the next day. Same thing happened on the second try. We were given a four hour service window. We checked in at the end of the service window and were told they were stuck on another job and would come later, but could give no time estimate. They said that the service window is not a guarantee and that it is normal to get service after the scheduled window. I conveyed this explanation to my home warranty company and they said that the service window is considered a guarantee (the reason four hours is given is to provide flexibility for the company). I understand if delays come up but for this to happen two days in a row is quite unprofessional. And we were not warned of the delays, but only informed about them when we called in to check. Very poor customer service, would not recommend.

There were some issues scheduling service at first, but the front office was very helpful in making sure the appointment was rescheduled. Since it was an inconvenience for us in rescheduling, the company gave us a credit on our balance as an apology. Additionally, we were working through a home warranty company for all the service, and the home warranty company refused to reimburse us for part of the service cost that should have been due to me. When Aire Serv heard about it, they agreed to pay the difference even though it was not them that owed us the money. They have done everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers.

Thank you for wonderful service! This was my first time using Aire Service of Desoto County and I was 110% satisfied with their service. They have the friendliest, most honest staff employed there and Taylor, my technician, was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. Plus, their prices are very reasonable and fair. You can't beat that!! I will continue to call Aire Service with my all my heating and cooling needs in the future. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Aire Serv De Soto County is absolutely awesome. When my heater decided to go out on these cold nights, they responded to my service call very quickly. They have a very friendly staff and service tech. I was also able to sign up for a service plan that will hopefully keep this from happening again. Aire Serv to the rescue!!

I was given this company to use through my warranty company this summer when my a/c unit stopped cooling. It was icing over. The guy who came out was a nice guy and seemed to be knowledgeable about what the issue was. Stated we needed a new coil which he had to order. He was able to do a quick fix to get it running long enough until the part came in. He returned and put the part on and the system worked fine for 3 days and went back out. We called to have them come back out and this time he told us the issue was supposedly with the fan. So he fixed that and it worked another day or 2 and went back out. The third time we called, we requested a different servicer come out as it is July with temperatures are extremely high and it is going on 3 weeks with no consistent air in our home. They sent a new guy out. He was worse than the first. He basically told us that the issue is with our home's duct work. The home was built in 2005, we have lived in it almost 2 years without any issues and now there is a duct problem, which this company does not handle. I refused to accept this answer as I felt it was an answer just to release them from having to fix it because they did not know how to. I reached back out to my warranty company and explained everything that happened with this company and thankfully they gave me a contractor- Air Now. We did not tell the new servicer the issues from Aire Serv as we just wanted to get his honest diagnoses. The guy came out and fixed it on the first try and we have not had any further issues with our unit. The people were nice but they are obviously not as experienced as they should be.
