Was able to come out the same day we contacted Cy. Went straight to work with diagnostics and was able to find the root of the issue. Cy was able to get everything working and went over the options to prevent future issues. We will be using for all future HVAC needs and highly recommend!

First, I would like to say Cy is a nice guy. He serviced my equipment once before and helped me out on a Sunday.

However, his last visit was disappointing. My A/C unit was working, and I requested a recharge because it was not cooling well.

Now granted, my equipment is quite old, and didn’t have much time left. However when he came out, he pushed the unit too far and it finally kicked the bucket. The disappointing part is that he charged $600 for basically killing my unit, and didn’t offer much incentive to replace it or fixing what he did to get my through the summer.

The best things he could have told me was to not put any money into the system, save my money, and put it into a new system. Instead, I’ve been baking in 86 temps in my house with my wife and kids for several days, waiting for my A/C to be replaced.

I unfortunately don’t plan on using him or would recommend him going forward.

Our heat was running sporadically and we needed our furnace serviced. Cy came out within 3 hours of our call. We instantly liked him; he diagnosed & fixed the problem (dirty heat sensors) and got us set up on an annual maintenance plan. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, reliable. 5 stars in our book!

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and Cy was able to come out immediately to help me. He explained what was wrong, fixed and told me what to do to prevent the issue in the future. 5 star service!
