Had a fantastic experience with this company! I had to quickly find two 15 passenger vans to rent for a work day trip and found them through Google. I called and the person I spoke to was friendly and answered all my questions. I ended up having to call back two more time within the hour because of questions my coworkers had and they were friendly each time. It was easy to reserve the vans on their website. I really like that they have the option to deliver and pick up the vans (for a fee, of course), that was extremely helpful to us as we were on a tight schedule that day. On the day, the vans arrived on time and in great condition. The vans were very clean and very spacious, there was plenty of room in the back to store everyone’s belongings.

What an amazing experience using sac van rental. I’m really big on reading reviews and decided to go with this company even if I had to drive the extra distance. I was initially impressed with the phone call and how simple and assuring it was to rent a van for my daycare. It was our very first field trip out of town and I’m so glad I made the decision with using their company. They even stayed open late just so I can pick up the van the night before and went through all the details/instructions on how to use the van. The van was also exceptionally clean and new. Here I am, 6 months later, going on my second field trip to Bishop’s and undoubtedly going to use their company again. So glad I found them. Thank you for the superb service!

Absolutely love Sac Van Rental!!!!! I rent every year for our family Christmas light tour. I’ve used the 12 and 15 seater. Highly recommend this company. Very easy to deal with and clients are given top priority… excellent customer service and support … never again will I deal with other rental companies for high occupancy vehicles. Excellent experience with Sac Van Rental.Nice courteous service. Stress- Free transaction from beginning to end. The owner always responded quickly with any questions I had. Sac van rental is the best. This was the first time we ever rented from them. I have used so many other agencies before to rent passenger vans and it’s been a hassle. Sac van rental was very different. I called and talked to them before renting. They answered every question and were extremely helpful! The sprinter we rented was used for a church event and it was perfect. Sac van rental keeps their fleet very clean and well maintained. Definitely combing back again!

Steve made everything so easy. We left for the Grand Canyon from Elk Grove. The van was waiting full of diesel.
We had 9 passengers in the van and it had plenty of room.
