Hello, I would love to say LUXE Sprinter van LA company is one of the best in LA. I picked up sprinter tonight very late. The car was very clean. They explained everything to me not like anybody else. Would the car is amazing. I had a great experience with Sofia at Luxe Sprinter. I had a hard time finding a cargo van in Los Angeles that seated 3 adults when we were moving from California to New Mexico. I am so happy that I found Luxe Sprinter. Due to issues with escrow, we had to change the reservation dates several times. It was such a please working with Sofia, she was very friendly, professional, communicative, and accommodating.

The luxury van was awesome, it made our move smooth and less stressful. She dropped off the van and even flew to New Mexico to retrieve the van.

I highly recommend Luxe Sprinter to anyone!! A++++++

Sophia was amazing from the very first time I spoke with her on the phone. Customer service was excellent. She was on time for both dropoff and pick up. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean and good condition. We were a group of 15. The vehicle fit all of our luggage and 3 stroller. I'm so thankful that in found her when I did. Use this service you won't be disappointed. 10/10. I will definitely keep her in mind for next time.

The van was very nice, very clean and new. Well taken care of.

We rented a fully loaded Sprinter van. Sofia, the business owner, provided an excellent package for a 9-day trip to national parks during the spring break. We had four adults and three kids and did 2,300 miles. Driving was easy and pleasant, and parking turned out to be easy, too. Kids were entertained with Wi-Fi and onboard entertainment options and never complained, even on long trips.

I would rent this van again without a second thought.
