We’ve just had the most amazing week with Earl our VW Campervan, which we hired from Ramsey’s From start finish it was so easy to book online and Elliot was just so friendly and helpful showing us how to set up everything when we picked Earl up. It was so easy to use and plenty of room for two friends and a large dog 🐶😂 we did over 400 miles and it was so economical and great value for money in fact it was so good we’re going to book again for next year👍Earl comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay whether your hooked up on a site or wild camping

First time holidaying in a campervan... We hired earl for 7 days to do the NC 500 plus extra, and what a stunning van it is with all you need inside from kitchen equipment to outdoor chairs . We got everything explained to us on pick up by Elliot who was very helpful. The leisure battery was excellent for the nights you don't have a campsite, my teenage daughter was pleased she could still charge her lifeline up ( phone) 😂 .
The van went up apple cross pass with ease and lovely to drive . We are now looking at where we can go again in it.

What can I say,this was a fantastic first time experience,but definitely not our last.
We hired Earl for a four night stay,in the Yorkshire dales.Staying at Thornbrook barn,near Ingleton and the waterfalls trail.
The camper van was beautiful to drive,and immaculate to call home,for our little vacation away.Everything you need,is supplied,just bring your own bedding,and you’re good to go.
The hire process is so easy and smooth,with Elliott answering all your questions.
Give it a go,you won’t be disappointed.
We can’t wait,to do it again soon.

First time hiring a campervan and we are pleased we did from Ramseys, from start to finish the hire was effortless. We did the NC500 in the van and hired for seven days. We had Walter and upon collection, everything was ready to go. Elliott took time to explain and demonstrate the workings of the van. The van itself was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The collection and return times of the van were good, the van itself was easy to drive and we would definitely recommend Ramseys, we will be booking again for next year.

We hired Walter for a trip around the North Coast of Scotland. The van was immaculate and had everything you could need. Elliot was very helpful pre booking and the online system was super easy to use. We had 10 days in the van and the most wonderful break. If you are thinking of booking - you won’t be disappointed.

I just returned Walter the VW camper back to Ramsey's Campers in Newton Aycliffe this morning, what a fabulous time I had with the camper up the west coast of Scotland for a week, including doing the Bealach na Ba pass to Applecross & back, which the camper managed with ease.
Thank you to Elliot and the staff at Ramsey's for providing an brilliant tool for exploring. Excellent customer service, I would recommend this company to anybody who is interested.
