What can I say we have been wanting to travel the nc500 for a few years we came across freedom Motorhomes and booked with them for our travel/accommodation the whole process was seamless they’re very lovely people with a really friendly approach to things. The motorhome was fantastic fully equipped with everything we needed. Cannot fault a single thing added bonus my son loved the dogs 😍 we want to come and travel Skye and the outer Hebrides will definitely book with them again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

David and Asher made the whole experience of hiring, easy and friendly. Having never hired one before, from the very first conversation with David, nothing was too much trouble and any queries answered. Paperwork and emails were clear and concise, tracking your spends during the whole process. The pick up and drop off was easy, with a safe space to leave our cars for the two weeks away. We chose a pet friendly motorhome that happened to be new this year, so was in excellent condition and easy to drive.....We even managed to reverse it onto the ferry for Orkney.......(having checked beforehand that David was happy for us to take a ferry) We had the best time as 4 friends making valuable memories. I would wholeheartedly recommend Freedom Motorhomes for giving you a positive, helpful and enjoyable experience from beginning to end.....We will be back.....

David and Asha were very accommodating with our requests and couldn’t do enough to help make it a wonderful holiday. The motorhome were clean to a high standard and thought of all the little things too. We followed the suggested 3 day itinerary for the Isle of Skye which a highly recommend and stayed in Broadford and Dunvegan. It rained an awful lot on the second day which in hindsight we would have missed the Old Man of Storr as with crosswinds and driving rain made it quite tricky underfoot. Our son LOVED the electric bed in the main cabin which had safety nets at each side to avoid any accidents. It was a 5+ hour drive from Skye so we stopped on Luss at the top of Loch Lomond on the at back to break the journey up. I’d say we were perhaps a month too late with things being open and the verges on the side of the road gave a clear indication how busy it must get in Summer! Our highlight was the Fairy pools which were incredible but bathing in freezing cold water running off the Glen isn’t something we’d be rushing to do. It was very wet and windy which made it pretty chilly when getting out of the water. The nicest part about that was we were able to make ourselves a hot chocolate and enjoy the view once we got back to the van. We are outdoorsy people and love nothing more than to wrap up well and get out. It’s so cosy and warm once inside for the night it’s hard to believe you’re camping. Another highlight was seeing the northern lights on our second evening and with no light pollution we were given a treat. We will definately return and be using Freedom Motorhomes as will we be recommending to both Family and friends.

We had a wonderful 10 days touring the west coast of Scotland in a virtually brand new campervan from Freedom Motorhomes. Of the 5 months we’ve spent holiday in the UK, our time touring western Scotland in a campervan from Freedom Motorhomes was a standout. Fantastic service from David and Asha (and their team) from start to finish ensured a seamless, trouble-free, and most importantly, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The van (‘Iona’) was modern, well-equipped and we left their property confident of its capabilities and what to do and who to call in the event of any issues. My wife and I hired a motorhome from Freedom Motorhomes. The motorhome was perfect and exactly what we wanted. It was spotlessly clean. We were given a lovely welcome kit, with coffee, teas and other bits. The team were very friendly and explained everything in a video prior to our arrival and then went through it again when we collected it. They even booked us a taxi to get back to Glasgow airport. I would highly recommend Freedom Motorhomes and hope to use them again in the future. Thank you

Great service from David and the Team, very knowledgeable, helpful. Van was great and we had a great time travelling around the highlands. And of course... their two dogs were adorable ! 10/10 ! we will definitely be back.
