Me and my dog had 10 days travelling the NC500 in the VW Transporter. We had an amazing time. The van has everything you need for wild camping, a comfortable bed in the pop top so you wake up with some amazing scenery. Had a recce inland for roads to travel on the motorbike next summer and being November the place was deserted (van was lovely and warm)
Amy explained everything when I picked it up and it was a quick and easy drop off too. I’ll be taking the larger van next time to tempt my wife to travel with me, looking forward to it. 👍😊

We had a great time in the Elddis Motorhome for our 10 day Northumberland tour. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. We made up the rear lounge as a bed while having the other table and seats available for daytime use.
Campervan house are a small family business. Ian & Amy were friendly, flexible and helpful, and we were able to text them during the hire for advice. We drove up from southern England and they kept our car safe during the hire.

We had a fantastic long weekend travelling around Northumberland. We visited Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Gardens, Seahouses and our favourite place was Holy Island. It was our first time in the camper van and would definitely hire it again and certainly recommend it. The van itself was well equipped with everything you need. Amy thoroughly went through all the things we needed to know which made us feel comfortable and confident driving it. The van is so easy to drive - we had no problems at all.
Would award the van and personal service 10/10.

Just back from a week in Wales in the VW Transporter. Had an amazing time. Van had everything you need for a comfortable trip including a custom bed topper for an extra comfy night's sleep. Amy was excellent when we picked it up. Explained everything and was at the end of the phone if we needed anything, which we didn't. Easy drop off too. Can't wait to hire it again.

From Newcastle we took the VW Transporter LWB for 4 nights roaming around Northern Ireland. The LWB didn't cost us any extra on the P&O ferry. An overnight stop at Mollance Farm, Castle Douglas made the ferry drive more fun. To visit the Giant's Causeway you'll want to park the LWB in Bushmills, at the free Caravan Car Park, and take the 4 minute Park & Ride bus. This is right next to the Bushmills tourist office, which was hosting the Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey festival when we visited. With the gas, water, fridge, and diesel heater, this van has all you need with plenty of space. Everything is super simple, beds are better than you might expect, and leisure battery was never a concern whilst we were off-grid. I approached this as a try-before-you-buy, but after finding Campervan House it's possible we'll just keep renting from Amy. Cannot wait to do it all again!

Our first experience in van around Scotland was wonderful thanks to the help of Amy and Ian, lovely people who made us feel confident with the van.
Starting the trip from Newcastle is a great idea for anyone planning to travel to Scotland because the border between Scotland and England offers stunning places to visit.

Recently hired for a trip around the south and west coast of Scotland. Not only was the camper van fantastic, the service we had from Amy was first class.
The Camper van is modern and has all you need to have a fantastic time and a great plus for us was it is dog friendly.

This was our first time using a campervan and what an experience it is! Me and my partner hired one of their campervans and it was perfect for our trip to truckfest in Newark and then a trip to Keswick for a night. When picking up the campervan we were given a walkthrough on everything and how it works which was amazing as we had not done anything like this before. The campervan was immaculate inside and out and packed with everything you'd need for camping. The drive itself was very comfortable, we honestly could not fault them. The freedom is amazing and will definitely be hiring again!
