Damage Recovery Unit took £2k out of my account as a branch, not the one I hired from, claimed vehicle was damaged.
The team at Team Valley branch were shocked themselves (and have been apologetic and helpful) but it’s been 3 days now and I do not have the money back.
Be very careful when using these companies. Make sure you take pics and videos to cover yourself.

I have been a customer for a few years now of this branch and it is always been great service. But recently they seemed to have gone short staffed which has turned the experience on its head. Waiting times of 20-40min now, no picks up offered and no one to pick up the phone when you ring.

Such a shame. I hope someone with action making powers will pick this up, is not like prices have not been going up at the same time.

Needed a large van for 3 hours went birtley and they tried charge me £111,59, despite the Web site saying it was £69 0r £77 if paid at the counter when I mentioned the sites prices I was told it's like a hotel supply and demand, seriously never heard this before in over 25yrs renting a vehicle occasionally, not only did they not answer the phone but I found 6 employees sitting doing nothing when I went into the office, I left without hiring and booked with another company 5 mins later over the phone, would never use enterprise again and definitely don't recommend them, arrogant kids in suits that's never done a real days work sitting around, I went to the office as I needed to know if I could get the van nxt morning and it was 4.30 and no-one answered the phone

The service is good but just be very wary of their hidden costs. I got stung for a fuel surcharge ! The fuel gauge was just under half full when I collected the van so I returned it at just under half full. Then I was told it was 2.4 litres less than when I collected it. I offered to go and put some diesel in but the girl behind the counter said not to worry she would waive the fuel charge.

Then later on I get their invoice and I’ve been charged for the fuel (at £2.09 per litre which isF 15% more than the current pump price of £1.80) plus they’ve. added a Fuel Admin Fee of £11,00 !!

I’m sure this is buried away in the extensive small print but seems really really petty to me !

So you have been warned !

Edit: Since I wrote this review I have phoned Enterprise (and they have also reached out to me via this page).

They have agreed to waive the charges which is good customer service.

I have upped this review from 2 stars to 4 stars since they’ve waived the charges but I still feel the original charge was unnecessary, petty and a bit unfair - I only had a fuel gauge by which to measure how much diesel was left in the tank and they have a telematics system.

Enterprise management please take note !

I'll never use this case rental company again.

They overcharged me in July 2018, I complained about 6 times, they never refunded me.

What happened that I booked a car for two days. They gave me the car 20 minutes later, but when I drove it back 10 minutes later they charged me for the extra time including one more day of insurance despite I didn't even have the car for the full 48 hours.

Sorry Enterprise, but no refund no more rental from you. See you NEVER.

YOU STOLE FROM ME. YOUR WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS. YOU MISUSED MY CREDIT CARD NOT REFUNDING THE FULL DEPOSIT.

IF YOU EVER WANT ME BACK, I DEMAND 2 DAYS OF FREE RENTAL OF A PREMIUM VEHICLE.
NO OTHER SOLUTION IS ENOUGH AFTER 4 YEARS.

Friendly but took 25 minutes to get the car as only one guy on the desk who was stuck on a long call with another customer. I don't like the idea of the car having a random amount of fuel in when I pick it up. Two reasons, firstly there wasn't enough fuel in the car to get me to my destination which meant, added to the initial delay I was late to my appointment. Secondly, how am I supposed to know how much fuel to put in to get it to the same level again. I ended up putting significantly more fuel in the car than I needed to costing additional money.
