Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Speke - Liverpool

I would urge anyone to stay clear of this branch and enterprise in general, hired a not fit for use van from them with every panel smashed in and dents all over it, wing mirrors smashed and squeeking breaks, listed all the damage with the staff on site, vehichle then broke down a week after hire leaving me out of pocket with work for 2 days until a replacement was found, 4 months down the line all the damage that was pre existing was sent to me as a bill for £4k even though i had listed it with the guy on site,

Luckily for me this wasnt my first rodeo and i had pictures and videos of the condition of the van at the branch and subsequently it took them 3 months to look at the video and then close my claim for damage down, if this had been another memeber of the public or even you this story may of had a different outcome and im pretty sure they would of took me to small claims court to try and get this money back,

Avoid like the plauge and hire somehwere else

Catered to our every needs. Currently have a courtesy car as someone smashed into our parked car ? but enterprise have been fantastic. Even swapping out a car that didn’t fit our 3 kids in the back due to a baby seat we have taking up too much of the middle seat. Good company, quick to deal with issues

Please avoid this company for the sake of your sanity. Took them 9 days to find me a car. When they finally did get me a car it had multiple warning lights on. One of the lights said engine failure. This was over the weekend so I phoned up on Monday morning to be greeted by a snotty cow called Sarah who kept calling me lovely. So unprofessional. They then refused to do anything with the faulty car until I got the AA to diagnose a problem. Why should I spend my time diagnosing a problem with a car that I’ve hired from you? Don’t you get paid for that? Isn’t that your job LOVELY? Honestly just avoid this company like the plague!!!!!! Never ever again will I put myself through the hell of dealing with these people. There are plenty of other rental companies in the same area in Liverpool so please go to one of them and save yourself the agony. See photo of just one of the warning lights that kept appearing on the dash. Also got a warning that the tyre pressure was low.

I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise car leasing in Speke, Liverpool, near the airport. Nathan and his co-worker, a young Irish lad, went above and beyond to assist us. When we brought in a car with a faulty air conditioning system, they not only provided outstanding customer service but also graciously upgraded our car for free. Their helpfulness and dedication truly stood out, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be a loyal customer for life.

Nathan and Mo who are also the assistant managers there were spot on too, so kind and funny, great wholesome people!!

My insurance company informed me that my hire car would be supplied by Enterprise and they would be in touch to arrange this, almost immediately I received a phone call from Enterprise with the time and date for the vehicle pick up. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and professional assistant, think it may have been Alex. He dealt with the necessary paperwork and showed me the vehicle and answered all the questions I asked very clearly. On leaving the premises with the vehicle I was very impressed with the service and the vehicle and felt very confident all was well. On returning the vehicle I was again greeted by a very friendly and professional young lady, cannot remember her name, sorry, who asked me to take a seat in the office while she checked the vehicle. Once done she said everything was in order and asked me was I pleased with the service I’d received. I said I was and she pleasantly said goodbye and thanked me for my custom. To sum up: the two assistants were extremely friendly and professional and gave a first service and were a credit to Enterprise. Would highly recommend.

BTW, why Enterprise charge too much for dropping different locations even within same city ? NOT reasonable.
