I’ve used Print Kiosk for years and although it’s so convenient to use their services especially at flexible times. I won’t carry on using the print kiosks due to using the machine and not getting a refund or a reply from them. The one I used on Walworth road the guy was so unhelpful and just told me to ask for my refund via email i’ve emailed repeatedly and no response. There isn’t the care for custom. So they can keep the money and i’ll use other services.

Terrible service. No matter what we tried we were unable to print my document. The self service kiosks would not allow for a payment any higher than a £10 pre-authorization. My document was supposed to cost £37 and the only kiosk with a pre-authorization up to £50 was out of service. There was no one in the store to offer support and the phone line was dead. We could not reach anyone to help. Spent 30 minutes here trying to find a solution on our own after watching a short instruction video that did not reflect the actual steps needed in order to successfully print. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

Fully automated, it was worrisome first with no human being present but instructions were clear and printing was super simple - a smart business idea.

I originally called up and asked how much my order would cost and I was quoted around £8-9 over the phone. But it turned out to be a lie.

Once I actually went out of my way and got the tube there, I was charged £28 for my black and white prints. And getting through to support rep was not easy, the AI assistant flat out refused to let me speak to a person.

In the end a person did end up contacting me, and they were very kind and understanding. But there wasn't much that could be done on their end.

I will update my review for a more positive one if support gets in contact with me to come to a resolution with me being overcharged.

All in all be extremely cautious if you're planning to get a quote for how much your order will cost, especially over the phone.

I have just used the self service printing today. Price is extremely good and was a bit sceptical about the service due to some of the reviews. However it turns out to be a different experience for me. The shop is clean, neat and update with the latest technology. The paper and print quality is great too. Printing of 980 pages black and white for just the right price is great.

Instruction signage is overwhelming. Unnecessarily over complicated and repeated on too many ‘posters’. A customer guided me to the initial instruction poster - email is case sensitive. After that the experience deteriorated.
