Tracy treated my friend horribly today, causing her to have terrible experience at Arnold Clark. The staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with their own processes. Instead of Tracy being helpful, my friend felt judged and questioned about my driving abilities, which was completely uncalled for. Additionally, Tracy made comments that felt condescending and seemed to stem from her age and appearance. We expected a respectful and professional environment, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. We would not recommend this dealership.

If I could give more stars I would! The staff were very warm and friendly. Tracy helped us with the car return and the transaction was very smooth. Several days later, I contacted the office since I left something in the rental car. Josh was very helpful and was able to locate the item and mailed it to me. What a top notch service and so highly recommended!

Tracy was extremely rude and condescending. She raised her voice at me on multiple occasions and was talking down to me which I think stemmed from my age. There was a miscommunication between Aberdeen Arnold Clark garage and Liverpool which meant that my car had been booked for the wrong day. Tracy was blaming me saying ‘it’s your fault as you didn’t turn up to collect it’ which was not the case. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and am very nervous to return the car and will not be going back alone.
