Wasted my valuable time. Had an interview and it turned out that the girl didn't do the visa I wanted. Finally they Answered the phone 10 days later and told me they couldn't be bothered to help because they were too busy. They don't even have a proper office. Just rent a temporary one by the hour.

Rude staff, unprofessional, no appointments available. Confusing website to get an appointment, the guy picked up the call very rude, and he doesn't provide minimal information. So I don't know for what he get paid.
Now the big one. After long way to get an appointment. When went there the girl said, for same reason the appointment has been cancelled, I was like what? . So they latterly cancelled my appointment without sending anything to me. So I just tear my form and came back home. Was a Waist of money and time.

Very bad service I’m really disappointed, I called TLScontact to find out how to book an appointment because the website says there is no available slots! unfortunately the helpline staff wasn’t professional and not helpful and the answer was: there is no appointments available and is not possible to book an appointment unless through TLScontact website and to get an appointment you have to keep checking randomly during the day and night many times until the embassy release the appointments! I was so confused and when I asked do you find this normal?! After spending nearly £2000 between the travel costs online and filling up a form then ending by this problem! They answered you have to be careful what you saying because your call is recorded! Really!!
I would say is the worst service and such a big shame to treat people this way in a great country like the UK!
Message to TLScontact UK and French embassy or consulate, It was a big waist of time and money, at least put a note on your website regarding the problems are happening so people can be aware and know what to do!
