I needed a car at short notice to visit my mum who had been rushed into hospital. I requested an automatic vehicle & not a small car. I was offered a Kia Sportage which was fantastic.
Staff are SO helpful. I’m not very experienced with ‘all singing all dancing’ cars & asked where the manual was!! It’s all onboard or online. It’s a bit like having Alexa in the car with you. Press a button & it does so much & it all very simple.
Paperwork is quite straightforward & doesn’t take very long. All the terms of the contract are explained.
It was all very easy & straightforward. Collect with a full tank - bring back with a full tank.
I can’t recommend Busby Stoop enough.

Hired a Transit at pretty short notice. Every part of the hire process was straight forward and easy to do. Everything was explained really well. The van was really clean and tidy and did the job nicely. Really friendly staff to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Busby Stoop garage are very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was excellent, a 9 seater people carrier (Renault), a pleasure to drive. We will definitely use their services again.

Excellent minibus hire service. Very smart, clean and professional looking Renault minibus that was modern, sturdy and responsive for a very wet evening shuttling my guests from a family 60th birthday party venue 15 miles out of York. Having done multiple trips during the evening - my guests were very comfortable and impressed with quality of the bus interior and got on with the partying. A great evening was had by all - especially with certainty of getting home at promised times and not relying on taxis' that were otherwise massively engaged with the John Smith racing crowd.
