With all my heart I can recommend renting a car from this rental company. There is an option to purchase additional insurance, which protects you from need to pay a deposit. The service is excellent, very helpful and friendly.
They also guided me smoothly through the process of getting a refund for the cost of a new tire, which I had to replace after getting a flat. All I had to do was provide the receipt upon returning the car and a few days later I received the refund.
I highly recommend this rental company!

I've used Enterprise nine times now, and every single experience at Belfast International Airport has been exceptional. The car rental process is incredibly efficient and smooth. From the moment I arrive, I'm in and out quickly with my chosen vehicle.

My recent trip around Northern Ireland was fantastic, thanks in part to the reliable car I rented. Returning the car was just as hassle-free, with no unnecessary delays. The deposit refund was processed promptly.

Overall, I'm consistently impressed with Enterprise's service and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Ryan and Mary were busy dealing with other customers on the phone but were still able to manage my walk in request for a rental car with efficiency and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure I got a car for a last minute booking. Friendly staff and no issue with the car for the rental period. Such a smooth and easy process. Awful experience. My flight was delayed by an hour and despite Enterprise having my flight details (and so knowing full well I would turn up), my booking was cancelled with no other options, leaving me out of pocket and with no car. When I mentioned this to the other car hire desks, the staff were shocked that Enterprise would do this. Luckily we were able to hire a car with another company albeit at a massive on-the-day premium. Hiring multiple cars a year across multiple locations, I've never come across such inflexibility and lack of empathy as on this occasion with Enterprise. Stay clear, Avis and Europcar staff were extremely helpful in helping me out and I would gladly pay a premium to use them in future instead of this poor excuse of a company

Booking was simple. When I arrived at the airport it did take a long time to get seen to at the departure area of the airport but there was quite a few people wanting to hire.

The car was super clean and modern (Vauxhall Corsa). The car comes with a full tank and you’re supposed to fill up before returning - I completely forgot so did receive a small charge (I think it was £10-15) plus the cost of the fuel.

Will definitely use again when back in N Ireland

BEST CAR HIRE COMPANY I'VE EVER USED!
I initially hired a car with Drivalia (due to the low prices), but upon learning that the pick-up point is 4 miles away from Belfast International airport, and reading the horrendously bad reviews about them; I cancelled my booking (only receiving a partial refund) and hired a car with Alamo / Enterprise instead.

I’m so glad I did!

Alamo is company I’ve hired from plenty of times before (mainly in the United States), and it’s a name I know I can trust.

- The booking process was super easy.
- I requested a Ford Focus during the booking, I got exactly that.
- I didn’t have to quibble about any faults or cleanliness on the car - it was perfect.
- The instructions I received were crystal clear.
- There was no hard-sell for any extras or insurance, though those options were explained to me.
- The car drove brilliantly, save for deflating tyres possibly due to change in weather conditions.

The car hire itself was easy, painless and stress-free, but it’s the superb customer service from Alamo / Enterprise @ Belfast International that won me over.

Especially from Caoimhe (the lady who gave me the car) and Rebekah (the lady who took the car back off me), they couldn’t have been more positive, helpful and welcoming.

- It couldn’t have been easier.
- They couldn’t have been nicer.
- The experience could not be more pleasant.

I even received a courtesy customer service call the next day to check that everything was okay with the car, and the service received. It definitely was!

Enterprise isn’t the cheapest car hire firm out there, but I’m happy to pay extra money for excellent customer service and hassle-free hire. This is exactly why (Screw Drivalia!).

If I’m coming back to Belfast, you bet that I’ll be hiring my next car with Alamo / Enterprise without a doubt. I wouldn’t even look at anyone else, why would I need to?

As for Caoimhe & Rebekah, they definitely deserve promotions and pay-rises.

I have hired cars all over the world, but I’ve never had a better experience than at Alamo / Enterprise at Belfast International.

And I genuinely mean that.

My daughter hired a car from the Belfast Int Airport depot and things could not have been better. A big shout out to the entire team that were on duty from Saturday the 22nd of June to Wed the 26th. A brilliant team that know exactly what customer service is. Highly recommend
