Best car rental experience I’ve had.

They’re just a short 5 minute covered walk from arrivals. No shuttle bus required. The 2 guys working during pickup were great, super friendly and knowledgeable and weren’t annoying with the upsells. It took about 20 minutes from the time my plane landed to me driving away - super quick.

The car I got was new and perfectly clean.

I had to do an unexpected early hours drop-box return and everything went smoothly, no unexpected issues. They were even nice enough to not charge me for something they absolutely could have, so thanks for that!

I’ll definitely rent here again next time I’m in Belfast.

Lauren and Rowen were great! Rowen was really helpful with understanding how the car works, the value of the insurance on the car, and how to get help in case of an issue. We drove ten minutes out of the airport and then hit a curb which shredded the tire (We got the damage insurance on it). We couldn't make calls out yet and had to walk back to the airport. Lauren was there to help us get someone out to fix the flat and what they could do for us in the morning. Rowen called the next morning when they had a smaller car available and was able to hold it for us until we got there. We ended up going to the wrong airport (they were also very understanding and helpful) and took longer to get the car there and changed out. Lauren met us out there and got us the new car and answered all of the questions we had. We could not thank them enough! They were very understanding!

This is unscrupulous shop.
Reminder all.
If use this brand company.
Take a car must look around the car and take the photo to saved.
Because I return the cars.
The shop man check a round.
Say I damaged the two tires.
But in me take the car at the first time ,the tire is already can saw is old and wheel is some traces of damage & broken.
When I picked up the car, I raised a question with the staff, and the staff agreed and understood it, and reported that there was no problem.
Until the day I handed car back. That staff was unfortunately absent and off sheet , the another clerk said. After checking it, he told me need to pay for two tires.
They also directly denied the consensus on behalf of the absentee employee. They said must would check at least three times before giving it to customers. Said me had sign and agree the contract.
I already knew they wanted a money. But just a two tires,
that went charge me about 300 pounds in my credit card.
I can’t do anything now. I'm just an ordinary traveler.
The tires still usefully just the skin some broken.
Some tries can’t use eye to saw the damage.
They staff use finger the check a round the tire.
So just remind all, if must use this company must take a photo save yourself.
I had used before euro car not this problem.
Tires is a Consumables.
Didn't realise car rental company use its to cheat customers .

Amazing service provided by the greatest Enterprise customer service team. My wife and I have rented out of so many locations and if enterprise keeps hiring people like these two, I see them continuing to beat out the competition as a customer care company. KUDOS GUYS!

My flight to Belfast was cancelled last minute by British Airways. I had to book another flight with a different airline which was going to International not City. On the way to the airport I spoke to Pavi in Customer Services to try and change my booking. He was really helpful and although ultimately they could not fulfil my request they cancelled by booking and said it would be refunded. I was a bit sceptical about this, thinking it would require endless phone calls to chase the refund, but that afternoon I received a call from customer services checking everything was ok and reassuring me that a full refund would be made. It came very quickly (unlike the one from BA) and I found everyone I dealt with to be highly professional and extremely helpful and supportive. Really highly recommend the Northern Ireland team.

We had previously booked at a good price, but our flights got cancelled then re-booked for later. After we found out we dealt with Papi and team and they were amazing in providing us with an amended booking even though we had booked through a third party and made out onwards plans even easier.
