Superb team managing the rental service. Collection process was smooth and everything was explained clearly. Though there were some extra charges on the cover I wasnt aware of.
Car was new and clean, fun to drive.
After dropping the vehicle, I even got a lift back to the hospital.

This is arguably the best car hire experience I've had, and I've had a few. Many car hire places, specially at airports, are a shambles, staffed by people who don't care.

This Dunfermline branch of Enterprise isn't like that however, it's slick, professional and fairly good value as well.

I had no issues at all, in 3 hires. The assistant manager, Kirsten, is incredibly good at customer service.

Great friendly service and easy to pick up van. Done most of it online that way I had more time picking up my furniture and got the van returned the same day. Would recommend and use again. Cheaper to use Mon to Weds.

Very efficient and friendly upon collection of the van. Given that I was driving one-way, the price was very reasonable. The van was clean and in excellent condition.

I would think twice about renting a van from Enterprise. I hired two Luton vans for a removal which went spectacularly wrong. On the day of pickup both vans were refused leaving me in an impossible situation. Firstly nothing was mentioned you had to have a credit card and be over 30 years old to hire the vans. I was let down and was only allowed to drive a Mercedes van which was too small. I had to at last minute rent a storage for what could not fit in the van and had to make a second journey which was 4 hours each way. I fed this back to Enterprise who promised to get back to me. I have waited over two weeks for a phone call and still waiting. These people do not care about their customers and I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I have had contact from Enterprise a month ago since I completed this review and sent further details as requested by them. They first appeared to care but have since heard nothing back. I will be taking this further.

I encountered an issue with the clutch of a car I collected from the Corstorphine branch. Unfortunately, the Corstorphine branch did not respond to my calls over a three-day period, leaving me feeling disappointed with Enterprise. When I visited the branch in person, I found the staff disorganised, and the place was in a state of chaos.

In contrast, when I visited the Dunfermline branch, Daniel Barnes was extremely helpful and managed to assist me promptly. He demonstrated excellent multitasking skills, efficiently exchanging my car within ten minutes without any hassle. It’s a skill that would greatly benefit the Corstorphine branch.
