i think i am more than qualified to give a review regarding the bury new road office and the staff...in the last four years i have truly lost count of the cars and vans i have hired..i would guess around 60 to 70 different cars and vans over this period..pretty much twice a month i hire from this branch...i am baffled by the negative reviews i had just read...in all the time i have used this branch...not once..have i had rudeness from any one..not once have i heard rudeness to other customers ...in fact from day one of using bury new road its been the total opposite ..nothing but politeness..professional ..helpfullness ....with a little humour tom the manager didnt give me a hard time a few weeks ago after damaging one of his vans...in my past experience a hire company would have had a big issue with it..it was damaged by me i put my hands up paid an excess job done...no hassles from enterprise at all in any way shape or form...so i suspect the bad reviews i am reading are either sour grapes about minor stupid issues...in my humble opinion enterprise and bury new road are the best there are..simple as that....if they were not i would not have spent tens of thousand of pounds wit them...

I recently rented a car from Enterprise's convenient location and had a positive experience overall. I want to give a shoutout to the staff members who provided excellent customer service, even though I didn't catch their names. The patient lady who assisted me during car collection explained everything to me in detail, ensuring that I fully understood the rental process. Likewise, Usaama, the friendly gentleman who handled the car return, was professional, efficient, and made the process hassle-free. Enterprise's customer service is brilliant!

However, the car I rented was not in the best condition. It made squeaking noises throughout my trip, and the air conditioner was not working properly, which made the long journey less enjoyable than anticipated. Nonetheless, I observed that the other cars available at Enterprise seemed to be well-maintained and in good condition. Therefore, my experience may have been an exception rather than the norm. The convenience of the location and the exceptional customer service outweighed the issues I encountered with the specific car.

I must admit that the security questionnaire gave me some concern. While I understand the need for enhanced security measures, the questionnaire required a significant amount of personal information that seemed unrelated to the car rental itself. Although I appreciate Enterprise's commitment to safety, I think there is room for improvement in streamlining the questionnaire to focus on relevant details.

Despite the car's condition and the security questionnaire, I would still recommend Enterprise to a friend. The convenient location, exceptional customer service, and overall positive experience make it a reliable option for car rentals. I hope that my feedback regarding the car condition and the security questionnaire will help Enterprise improve its services further.
