I came here because it said Lenovo computer repairs. I have a Lenovo laptop and its power port is not working. I walked to the store and asked Frank how much it would cost to replace the power port and he said there would be a $90+ inspection fee, I said I do NOT need to inspect my computer because I just ONLY wanted to know how much it would cost to replace the power port. He asked me to fill out my credit card information and he would tell me the price after asking his boss. I asked him should I give him my power port replacement parts for replacing and he said it doesn’t matter. I asked what if it was too expensive and I didn't want to repair it and he said “don't worry I won't charge you” then I signed the form. The next day I received his email saying it would cost about $500 to replace the power port, so I replied I didn't want to repair it since it is too expensive and I would like to take my computer back. However, when I took my computer back, they asked me to sign for a $97.99 fee because they had put in the work to tell me the price. When I disagreed with this, they said they would smash my computer on the spot if I don’t want to pay the $97.99. I said I didn't ask them to do the any work on investigation on my computer, I just ONLY asked how much for replacing the power port, and Frank even told me “Don't worry I won't charge you” when I asked him if I thought the fee was too high. Now my credit card has been charged 97.99, I will wait to see if they will reverse the charge. Otherwise I can't change my evaluation of them; "THEY SCAMMED ME!”

I found these folks because they were the closest authorized Lenovo repair, and now I won't go anywhere else with my computer. Frank and co. do an excellent job super promptly. I've had two major repairs there and everything was totally painless, start to finish. I highly suggest them for Lenovo laptop repairs!

It was a pleasure working with Frank at Cavalier ("CTS"). He was clear with his communications as he kept me up to speed on the repair of my work computer. They were very kind and honest but overall I gave them my lenovo laptop that had a minor issue for 2 weeks for a warranty repair and now got it back with it being so screwed it can't even login. I should have just sent it to the Lenovo Depot in Texas because now I have to wait another 2 weeks for it to be repaired there. I needed this laptop for college...
