very good service, introduced the car to us which itself is clean and well maintained. Have to wait a while for car return since the team is servicing other customers, but the service is good and the staff asked for feedbacks on the car and their service. No upselling for our case, we rented an automatic compact with full insurance coverage.

My experience with Enterprise, particularly with Jordan and Ibrahim (Ibby), was truly outstanding and has completely changed my perspective about Enterprise.

My worst car renting experience ever:

- Although I did all online check-in requirements before hand; it took 45 minutes to receive the car. And I was only 5th or 6th customer at the waiting que. So online check-in didnt change the situation at all.

- I received the car with 2/3 of the gas tank is full. I hate this situation because you dont know well, how much you should fill in when leaving the car

- I needed to return the car earlier and I needed to leave luggages somewhere before my train departure. Unfortunately staff didnt find any option rather than asking me "if I have someone in Manchester who can leave car keys at the exact return day".

-They told me that they dont know any luggage strorage around their area which I found 5 of them by checking myself.

-There is no possibility of drop box for keys even I had full insurance and gave my credit card details as deposit. I believe thats a very out-of -ate procedure in a metropolitan city like Manchester.

In short, only the car was ok but the service I received is really much below my expectation.

Called enterprise on an urgent booking and specified i do not have a credit card only debit, so got booked in just to get there waste £20on taxi and be turned around needles to say i will not book with them again.

The car I rented was great and good value for money. Even though it was a manual transmission car, it had an auto-cruise feature which was very useful when driving on the motorway. The staffs were amicable, especially Ibby who get me through everything from picking up the car and returning it back smoothly. Recommended.
