We had to return the van back because it was very dirty and stinking with diesel. And when we reported that and asked for replacement, the second van was very dirty as well but at least without diesel strong smell.
Fuel level was really low and the manager refused to make it full to full as decent companies does
Also, we had to wait until the replacement van is slightly cleaned . We usually use Sixt and I think it is a lot better cleanliness and customer service wise.

They debit my personal foreign card instead of my Uk business card and they charge me an extra day as I le them know that I want to extend one more month my contract. No commercial gesture or flexibility. Well, next year I ll go back to the rental co I used to rent

Was greeted by Zeeshan the manager who was extremely pleasant and took care of me. I came from London and dropped off a vehicle to the burnage branch .
Patrick from the team made the process super easy, hassle free and moved at a fast pace.
Zeeshan was dealing with my new car rental.
Was very informative and explained other offers enterprise have for example the enterprise car club and long term rentals which I never knew about before.
He made me feel at ease throughout and it’s good to see that enterprise as a company keep attention to detail and professionalism throughout all branches.
Would definitely be using them again 🙂

Quick and easy we did a one way trip. Only problem was the Spanish inquisition when dropping van in Lincoln the dent on the door... nothing to do we me... Clean and tidy van .

Without a doubt the worst car hire company (branch) I have ever experienced. Trying to get a copy of the hire agreement for insurance reasons for 5 weeks and still have not received a reply!

Would not even leave this a one star. I used a car which had pre-existing damage. I took photos of the damage and the branch manager signed a form to confirm the damage was pre existing. A month after my trip the damage claims side to their business send me quotes for £800 repairs that they would take from my account. So I called the Didsbury branch who assured me nothing would be taken. Then recently the damage claims sent me another email for £100 which they then took out of my account. I’ve emailed and called them back to get my money back. They have been unable to tell me when I will get my money back. It’s just utterly ridiculous and they are causing me so much stress. Such a horrible company.

Rented from them a couple of times, but have now moved out of the area. Each time it was something of a production, what I would say is buyer beware, you might be lucky and get good service, but I really wouldn't count on it!
